Forretress @ Rocky Helmet / Heavy-Duty Boots
Name: Entry Hazard Support (Bug)
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
Relaxed Nature
- Spikes / Thunder Wave
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball
- Volt Switch

[SET COMMENTS]
Forretress's great defensive stats combined with an amazing typing of Bug/Steel and a great defensive ability make it a great choice for Bug-type teams. Forretress, as Bug's only viable Spikes setter allows the team to make progress, as enemies taking damage every time they come in often leads to an easier time breaking down the team. Thunder Wave is an alternative option that cripples opposing foes like Chien-Pao, which can help common teammates like Volcarona to setup and sweep later. Rapid Spin allows Forretress to remove entry hazards, which is particularly useful for Bug teams given the type's broad weakness to Stealth Rock, helping to prevent teammates from being worn down. Gyro Ball is a powerful STAB attack, that paired with Forretress's low speed, can do heavy damage to targets like Iron Valiant, Chien-Pao, and Alolan-Ninetales. Rocky Helmet deters Rapid Spin from foes such as Great Tusk to prevent the removal of Forretress's Spikes and punishes foes such as Choice Scarf Urshifu-R. Alternatively, Heavy-Duty Boots allows Forretress to enter the field safely without taking entry hazard damage, giving it more longevity as a spinner. Relaxed nature with 0 Speed IVs maximizes Gyro Ball's damage and gives Forretress a slow Volt Switch to ensure that teammates can come in unharmed.

Volcarona is a great teammate for Forretress as Forretress provides much needed rapid spin support, spike chip to remove Focus Sash, and can possibly cripple opponents with Thunder Wave, giving Volcarona an easier time setting up. Forretress can also OHKO Rock-types that give Volcarona trouble, like Kleavor and Glimmora. It can also pivot into Volcarona getting it in safely. Frosmoth is also a great teammate with Forretress as it can take on Pokemon that threaten Forretress like Landorus, Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, and Sinistcha, who otherwise threaten Forretress. Choice Scarf Slither Wing is another great teammate for Forretress, as it can also run, demolishing Fire types trying to pick off Forretress like opposing Ceruledge, Cinderace, and Iron Moth. Choice Scarf Kleavor is another great teammate for Forretress because Kleavor's STAB Stone Axe compounds on Forretress's Spikes to generate additional offensive pressure, and can take on the likes of Chien-Pao, Flutter Mane,Talonflame , and Weavile while providing speed control. Scizor, Lokix, and Heracross all massively benefit from Forretress's Spikes pushing foes into KO ranges and Rapid Spin support preventing them from being worn down. Vikavolt can also compound on Forretress's Spikes with Sticky Web and is threatening to Water- and Flying-types such as Manaphy, Corviknight, and Rotom-W that otherwise exploit Forretress and threaten it. Ribombee can also serve as a Sticky Web setter while threatening Sableye, Hydreigon, and Kommo-o.

[OTHER OPTIONS]
Forretress can also run Leftovers to give itself more longevity and Body Press to allow it to OHKO Kingambit

Forretress's great defensive stats combined with an amazing typing of bug/steel and a great defensive ability make it the best Bug type lead in the tier (This sentence is essentially just dex info, and the claim that Forre is the "best Bug type lead in the tier" is just not true at all when Kleavor and Ribombee both exist. This set is by no means just a lead. Needs rewritten completely; focus on its ability to spin, what mons it can wall, and its ability to create progress through Spikes and Volt Switch). Spikes allow the team to make progress, as enemies taking damage every time they come in often leads to an easier time breaking down the team (mention Forre is Bug's only viable Spikes setter). Thunder Wave is an alternative option that cripples opposing mons foes (such as? Chien-Pao comes to mind), which can help common teammates like Volcarona to setup and sweep later. Rapid Spin allows Forretress to deny remove entry hazards, a much needed move on bug Bug teams as every mon that comes in takes heavy damage from entry hazards (rephrase to be more specific e.g., "Rapid Spin allows Forretress to remove entry hazards, which is particularly useful for Bug teams given the type's broad weakness to Stealth Rock, helping to prevent teammates from being worn down. Also note "mons" is inappropriate for analysis writing; please use Pokemon). Gyro Ball is a powerful STAB attack, that paired with Forretress's low speed, can do heavy damage to opponents (extremely vague, either mention concrete targets such as Iron Valiant, Chien-Pao, and Alolan Ninetales or remove). Finally, Volt Switch allows Forretress to pivot out into teammates, getting them in for free. (Rocky Helmet deters Rapid Spin from foes such as Great Tusk to prevent the removal of Forretress's Spikes and punishes foes such as Choice Scarf Urshifu-R. Alternatively, Heavy-Duty Boots allows Forretress to enter the field safely without taking entry hazard damage, giving it more longevity as a spinner.) (Relaxed nature with 0 Speed IVs to maximize Gyro Ball's damage and to give Forre a slow Volt Switch to ensure that teammates can come in unharmed)

Volcarona is a great teammate for Forretress as it Forretress provides much needed rapid spin support (Volcarona doesn't really need this though since it basically always runs Heavy-Duty Boots), spike chip to remove rocks (???), and can possibly cripple opponents with Thunder Wave, making giving Volcarona have an easier time setting up. It also has much needed steel STAB gyro ball (needlessly verbose; don't need to keep saying Gyro Ball is STAB, it's obvious), which can kill OHKO Rock Types Rock-types like Kleavor, Glimmora, and Garganacl (you barely scratch Garganacl and it ruins you with Salt Cure). It can also slow-pivot pivot into Volcarona getting it in safely without needing to get chipped (be concise), working especially well into Flying Type teams as Volt Switch chips them down steadily (Forre's Volt Switch is barely scratching most Flying-types, and Gliscor and Landorus completely sit on it). In return, Volcarona's neutrality to fire means that it can tank fire type attacks from the likes of Ogerpon-Hearthflame, Ceruledge, and Cinderace (Volc takes massive damage from all of these and can't threaten them back). Frosmoth is also a great teammate with Forretress for many of the same reasons (very vague; what benefits does Frosmoth have specifically that means it works well with Forre? Fros takes on foes like Landorus, Ursa-B, and Sinistcha who otherwise create problems for Forre). Slither Wing is another great teammate for Forretress, as the typing remains neutral to Fire (entirely untrue). Slither Wing can also run Earthquake, demolishing Fire types trying to pick off Forretress like opposing Heatran (Close Combat should OHKO Heatran anyway; be more specific that Choice Scarf Slither Wing can threaten various Fire-types like Ceruledge, Cinderace, and Iron Moth with Earthquake). Finally, Choice Scarf Kleavor is a great teammate to Forretress as it can provide extra setup (Kleavor's Stealth Rock compounds on Forre's Spikes to generate additional offensive pressure) as well as tons of damage with STAB Stone Axe, which can take on Fire and Flying types (such as?), while providing speed control. (For what? Flutter Mane?) (This teammates section is very thin and needs more examples. Scizor, Lokix, and Heracross are examples of offensive mons that massively benefit from Forre's Spikes pushing foes into KO ranges and Rapid Spin support preventing them from being worn down. Vikavolt can compound on Forre's Spikes with Sticky Web and is threatening to Water- and Flying-types such as Manaphy, Corviknight, and Rotom-W that otherwise exploit Forre and threaten it. Ribombee can also serve as a Sticky Web setter while threatening Sableye, Hydreigon, and Kommo-o.)

While I appreciate the relatively quick response, most of the changes you have made here constitute you simply adding my comments verbatim or close enough to it, which is an issue as you would be taking credit for an analysis that I have largely written myself. You also haven't implemented some of my other comments (e.g., the first sentence is still very vague), and the teammates section remains fairly poor (see Volcarona; the only standard non-lead Focus Sash mon in the tier is Ceruledge which Volc has no business taking on) and lacking in concrete examples (for instance, specific ways Scizor and Lokix can synergize with Forre support beyond simply benefitting from Spikes). Other options also requires full sentences. I will give you one more opportunity to rewrite this analysis in your own words.
