I was looking to make a team that has some speed control, weather control, and terrain control, and then filled in the rest of the team with what I thought would be compatible with the Pokemon I already had. As a result, it looks good in theory, and when I tested this team out, I found that it succeeds a lot of the time. The glaring weakness I have found is I just get overwhelmed by a really good Trick Room player, which is a problem considering its popularity, and the fact that I am saying that I have speed control. I am considering having two slow Pokemon instead of one, or at least have a more reliable way to stop or live through the assault (Protects and Spiky Shields for five turns in a row, anyone?)

Tapu Koko @ Life Orb
Electric Surge
Timid
4 HP / 252 SpAtk/ 252 Speed

Thunderbolt
Dazzling Gleam
Discharge
Protect

It's Tapu Koko for some quick power. Discharge is great because if I have Togedemaru on the field I don't have to worry about my electric attack being redirected. The paralysis is also a nice bonus. I usually try not to lead with this if my opponent has a different Tapu of their own, as it is likely going to be slower and override Koko's terrain.

Togedemaru @ Sitrus Berry
Lightning Rod
Careful
252 HP / 108 Def / 148 SpDef

Zing Zap
Poison Jab
Nuzzle
Spiky Shield

Lightning Rod to draw single-target electric attacks away from my Gyarados (or anyone else for that matter). Zing Zap and Nuzzle is great for paraflinching. Nuzzle is great for the paralysis, but it does help out slow Pokemon in Trick Room beat my Snorlax. If there is no Electric Terrain up, Zing Zap has a slim chance to OHKO opposing 0HP Gyarados after Intimidate. Poison Jab is there for opposing Tapus. Speaking of Tapus, Togedemaru's EVs mean Max SpAtk Tapu Lele has a 5% chance to 3HKO with Psychic while in Psychic Terrain (after Sitrus). I do miss Fake Out, but with Tapu Lele seemingly present in many teams, I dropped it in favour of Nuzzle.

Ninetales-A @ Light Clay
Snow Warning
Timid
252 SpAtk / 4 SpDef / 252 Speed

Blizzard
Aurora Veil
Icy Wind
Freeze-Dry

It outspeeds max speed Garchomp and deals back an OHKO to 4HP / 0 SpDef Garchomp all the way up to a Neutral Nature Garchomp with 4 HP / 248 SpDef EVs if anyone decides to do that. Aurora Veil lasts for 8 turns with Light Clay. Forgoing Focus Sash means that I want to get Aurora Veil set up before it gets knocked out, as it has been shown it is frail without it. As long as I don't switch into an attack I should be fine. Icy Wind is my speed control for Ground- and Electric- types and lets me outspeed opposing Tapu Koko with my own. Freeze-Dry is a pretty rare move as far as distribution goes but I'm glad Ninetales-A has access to it. If Politoed does show up to change the weather, Ninetales-A will have trouble taking down Politoed given that many invest in Special Bulk, but I can save the Freeze-Dry for other Pokemon on the rain team.

252 SpA Ninetales-Alola Freeze-Dry vs. 88 HP / 0 SpD Gyarados: 180-216 (99.4 - 119.3%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Ninetales-Alola Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 144+ SpD Gastrodon: 168-196 (77 - 89.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after hail damage and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Ninetales-Alola Freeze-Dry vs. 248 HP / 164+ SpD Politoed: 68-84 (34.6 - 42.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Ninetales-Alola Freeze-Dry vs. 104 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Ludicolo: 120-144 (71.4 - 85.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Ninetales-Alola Freeze-Dry vs. 248 HP / 16+ SpD Tapu Fini: 66-78 (37.5 - 44.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after hail damage and Leftovers recovery

Arcanine @ Mago Berry
Intimidate
Careful
4 HP = 166
28 Atk = 134
164 Def = 121
156 SpDef = 132
156 Speed = 135

OR

Jolly
4 HP = 166
28 Atk = 134
164 Def = 121
252 SpDef= 132
60 Speed= 135

Flare Blitz
Wild Charge
Snarl
Protect

The speed EVs outspeed Adamant Gyarados, and even at -1, Arcanine can OHKO it under Electric Terrain with the given EVs. Intimidate further helps with my team's defense and works great with Aurora Veil. Wild Charge is a way to hit Water- types, but I have found myself in a situation where Arcanine is beside Togedemaru and totally forget that I can't use single-target Electric attacks at that time. Snarl deals with Special Attackers, assuming I don't hit that 5% miss chance, which somehow gets me more than 5% of the time it seems like. However, I am thinking about changing the EV set to go a bit more defensive and supportive with Arcanine with both Snarl and Will-o-Wisp, or maybe even Helping Hand.

-1 28 Atk Arcanine Wild Charge vs. 88 HP / 4 Def Gyarados in Electric Terrain: 184-220 (101.6 - 121.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
28 Atk Arcanine Flare Blitz vs. 228 HP / 116 Def Celesteela: 134-158 (66.6 - 78.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
28 Atk Arcanine Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Metagross: 120-144 (64.1 - 77%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
28 Atk Arcanine Flare Blitz vs. 52 HP / 0 Def Buzzwole: 116-138 (61.3 - 73%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
28 Atk Arcanine Wild Charge vs. 248 HP / 192 Def Tapu Fini in Electric Terrain: 88-104 (50 - 59%) -- 67.2% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

164 Atk Gyarados Waterfall vs. 4 HP / 164 Def Arcanine: 126-150 (75.9 - 90.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Garchomp Earthquake vs. 4 HP / 164 Def Arcanine in Electric Terrain: 128-152 (77.1 - 91.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
0 SpA Tapu Fini Muddy Water vs. 4 HP / 156+ SpD Arcanine: 66-80 (39.7 - 48.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
0 SpA Tapu Fini Hydro Pump vs. 4 HP / 156+ SpD Arcanine: 110-132 (66.2 - 79.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
244+ Atk Buzzwole Hammer Arm vs. 4 HP / 164 Def Arcanine: 99-117 (59.6 - 70.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Gyarados @ Waterium Z
Intimidate
Jolly
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed

Dragon Dance
Waterfall
Ice Fang
Protect

Gyarados's 4x weakness is somewhat mitigated by Togedemaru's Lightning Rod so I use the chance to set up while it's still there. After a Dragon Dance it is faster than positive base 130 max speed Pokemon like Tapu Koko, though that doesn't matter since it would be a 2HKO, while the opposing Tapu Koko can just use Discharge for 177% (118% if Aurora Veil is up). If Aurora Veil is up and I lower Tapu Koko's special attack by one stage via Arcanine's Snarl, it would do about 94% max, so there's something to consider. I could use Hydro Vortex to OHKO in a pinch but otherwise I'd rather use it against something bulkier. Sometimes I will lead with Gyarados and Arcanine for a double Intimidate.

Snorlax @ Iapapa Berry
Gluttony
Brave
68 HP / 196 Atk / 244 Def

Belly Drum
Frustration
High Horsepower
Recycle / Wild Charge??

Snorlax is only to be used when my opponent sets up Trick Room and they don't have an Encore user like Togedemaru out. It's too risky otherwise. Recycle is there when I need to reuse the berry that gets used by Belly Drum, but I am toying with the idea of having Wild Charge instead to take advantage of the Electric Terrain and to OHKO Celesteela. I'm not too much of a fan of a Snorlax who cannot recover its HP anymore, but if I get the KOs I probably shouldn't worry as much.

+6 196+ Atk Snorlax Wild Charge vs. 228 HP / 116 Def Celesteela in Electric Terrain: 500-590 (248.7 - 293.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 196+ Atk Snorlax Return vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Garchomp: 339-400 (184.2 - 217.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 196+ Atk Snorlax High Horsepower vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tapu Koko: 462-544 (318.6 - 375.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 196+ Atk Snorlax Return vs. 164 HP / 92 Def Tapu Lele: 364-430 (219.2 - 259%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 196+ Atk Snorlax High Horsepower vs. 6 HP / 0 Def Togedemaru: 1168-1376 (828.3 - 975.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

So there you go, my team. Please have at 'er.
