Moves
========

  • Ice Beam is the main STAB move, dealing good damage to most Pokemon that don't resist it.
  • Psyshock is a secondary STAB move which hits Fighting-types such as Hariyama and Hitmonchan, as well as Assault Vest users such as Magmortar.
  • Psychic can be used to hit physically bulky Pokemon, such as Rhydon, harder than Psyshock.
  • Focus Blast hits Steel-types such as Pawniard.
  • Lovely Kiss puts a counter that may switch into Jynx to sleep, giving you a free turn to cripple it or switch out.
  • Trick cripples Pokemon that Jynx can't break through, such as Malamar.

Set Details
========

  • Choice Scarf is used to fix its problems with faster Pokemon such as Sceptile, Tauros, Choice Scarf Rotom, and Scyther.
  • Maximum Special Attack is used to hit as hard as possible, while maximum Speed is used to outspeed every unboosted, relevant Pokemon.
  • Timid is used to outspeed every unboosted Pokemon, and even slower Choice Scarf users such as Choice Scarf Rotom, while Modest can be used for more power; however, you lose the ability to outspeed Choice Scarf Rotom and Choice Scarf Rotom-S.

Usage Tips
========

  • Best used as a revenge killer due to its its Speed.
  • Also usable as a late-game cleaner due to its decent Special Attack.
  • Should be brought in on a Water-type move, such as Scald or Hydro Pump, or via a slow U-turn or Volt Switch due to its horrendous defenses.

Team Options
========
  • Wallbreakers such as Sawk, Pyroar, and Magmortar can weaken walls for Jynx to switch in and clean up.
  • Entry hazards can help Jynx gain KOs on walls such as Lanturn. Notable examples include Steelix, who can set up Stealth Rock and switch into Rock and Steel-type moves, Rhydon, who can also set up Stealth Rock as well as switch into Fire-type moves. Both appreciates Jynx's ability to check Grass- and Fighting-types.
  • Ferroseed can set up Spikes and check powerful attackers such as Kabutops, Rhydon, and Archeops.

  • Focus Blast hits Steel-types such as Pawniard. Pawniard isn't really relevent, mention Klinklang / Lix as better targets

  • Ferroseed can set up Spikes and check powerful attackers such as Kabutops, Rhydon, and Archeops. Don't really like the mention of Ferroseed, especially saying it beats the mons you listed when it doesn't
Add a strong mention of things that can deal with Skuntank like Steelix / Piloswine, as its the best check to Scarf Jynx and having a counter to it is almost mandatory

Contrary to the above, this is being reassigned over quality issues. Even for such a short analysis, there are quite a few problems with this.

I have no idea why Modest is slashed, and it seems you did this very arbitrarily without much reasoning behind it apart from just that it has more power. Timid should be the only slash, as not using Timid misses out on a variety of threats such as +1 Lilligant, Jolly Scarf Sawk, +2 Barbaracle, Scarf Rotom, and others.

Rhydon is listed as a target for Psychic, which makes no sense given that Ice Beam rips through it. Gurdurr, one of the more important and relevant targets of Psychic, is not listed.

Pawniard is barely relevant in this meta, there are so many better things to list as a Focus Blast target, like Pyroar, Barbaracle, Tauros, etc.

Usage tips are extremely lacking, as "Best used as a revenge killer due to its its Speed." and "Also usable as a late-game cleaner due to its decent Special Attack." are very vague and dont really tell me how to use the Pokemon in question. Nothing is mentioned here about playing around potential Pursuit trappers as well.

It's fairly clear to me that you don't have sufficient knowledge of the NU metagame, so please play the tier more before taking another analysis.
