Isn't it time for the next slate? Speaking of which, I have an idea for a slate, which is the pseudo-legendaries who don't have megas. Maybe Dragonite, Hydreigon, and one of Goodra/Kommo-o (or both, if you really want to)
(do you think you could vote?)

also, nice idea. Up to mace though. (If he doesn't come back we can do a 4 mon slate lol)

I was waiting for someone to break the tie (I win! ;] ). We want a 4 mon slate? Let's do it!
Pseudo-Legendary Slate

All 4 will have an ability of limitation of 4 and up to 2 new moves. As these are pseudo-legendaries, feel free to send them to ubers, but make sure you mention which tier you intended the mega for.

Mega Kommo-o
Type
: Dragon/Fighting
Stats-
HP: 75
Atk: 110 -> 140 (+30)
Def: 125 -> 145 (+20)
SpAtk: 100 -> 120 (+20)
SpDef: 105 -> 115 (+10)
Speed: 85 -> 105 (+20)
Ability: No Guard
Move Additions: Cross Chop, Gunk Shot
Description: Y'know what? I am sick and tired of all of the hate my boi Kommo-o gets. Look at this thing, LOOK AT IT! Do you really want to mess with that!? If you said "yes", QUIT LYING. And, from the looks of it's Mega Evolution, Kommo-o clearly thinks the same. With all-around boosts to it's stats, Kommo-o looks to break through the opponent with better power, bulk, and speed. And with the addition of a better STAB move in Cross Chop and neat coverage in Gunk Shot combined with it's multitude of set up options, Kommo-o is ready to do just that. However, hitting these moves is a problem as- oh, what's that? It gets No Guard, allowing it to never miss a move? Which makes a bit of flavor sense thanks to it's armored appearance, much like the flavor for Doublade? Oh dear. Oh my. Yeah, this thing will run rampant over the OU tier.
Also, no, I'm not crazy enough to give it Dynamic Punch, you psychopath.

Mega Dragonite
Type
: Dragon/Flying
Stats-
HP: 91
Atk: 134 -> 164 (+30)
Def: 95 -> 115 (+20)
SpAtk: 100
SpDef: 100 -> 140 (+40)
Speed: 80 -> 90 (+10)
Ability: Thick Fat
Move Additions: Scald, Heal Bell (legal with Regular Dragonite's Multiscale)
Description: Dragonite, the original Dragon, the cute one (sorry Goodra), the staple of OU (kinda). Dragonite has been one of the best Pokemon around, but with Mega Dragonite, it's taken to the next level. Upon Mega evolving, Dragonite undergoes a similar transformation to Tyranitar, stats-wise. They both keep their same typing, gain +30 Attack, +10 Speed, no boost to Special Attack, and +20 and +40 to their defenses (TTar with +40 Def, +20 SpD and Dragonite with the opposite). However, this is where the similarities end. Dragonite now sports a pretty good ability in Thick Fat, weakening the damage taken from those pesky Ice-type moves, which it now shrugs off with monstrous 91/115/140 bulk. With this, Dragonite can sport Dragon Dance sets, bulky Attacking sets and even a defensive set with the new additions of Scald to cripple foes and non-Event locked Heal Bell. All in all, a great bulky Dragon to use in the OU tier.

Mega Hydreigon
Type
: Dark/Dragon
Stats-
HP: 92
Atk: 105 -> 125 (+20)
Def: 90 -> 110 (+20)
SpAtk: 125 -> 155 (+30)
SpDef: 90 -> 110 (+20)
Speed: 98 -> 108 (+10)
Ability: Antagonize (Dark-type Pixilate clone)
Move Additions: Perish Song, Nasty Plot
Description: The Dark Dragon, Hydreigon, brings it's evil to a whole new level when it Mega Evolves. Sporting a big boost to Special Attack and smaller boosts to everything else, as well as a great new move in Nasty Plot, Hydregion is ready to wreck havoc on the opposing team. But wait, there's more. With a new ability in Antagonize, turning it's Normal-type moves into Dark-type moves, Hydreigon can break through the opposition with strong STAB Hyper Voices that Substitutes cannot save you from. Mega Hydreigon, the perfect villain of the OU tier!

Mega Dragonite
Typing:
Dragon/Normal
Ability: Adaptability
HP: 91 (+0)
Attack: 154 (+20)
Defense: 110 (+15)
Special Attack: 115 (+15)
Special Defense: 120 (+20)
Speed: 110 (+30)
New Move: Hyper Voice
Description: Extreme Killer v2: Adaptability Extreme Speed. Dragonite can strategically choose when to mega evolve as it's base typing checks Groudon and it can use Multiscale to set a Dragon Dance easier. As far as design goes, Dragonite reverts back to a more Dragonair-like state, becoming elongated with less prominent legs and a more prominent tail.
Dragonite @ Dragonitite
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Extreme Speed
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Roost/Earthquake

Mega Hydreigon
Typing:

Attack: 115 (+10)
Defense: 120 (+30)
Special Attack: 165 (+40)
Special Defense: 120 (+30)
Speed: 88 (-10)
Description: Mega Hydreigon's mouths open much wider, with the center one being almost lock-jawed like Mega Glalie and the ones on the sides having a more brain-dead zombie feel. It's body and wings become stronger and stockier, making Hydreigon feel even more intimidating. In competitive, Hydreigon can use it's Mega Launcher powered STABs to break anything bar pink blobs and fairies. What keeps it in check, however, is it's lower speed, similar to Hoopa-U.
Hydreigon @ Hydreigonite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid/Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dragon Pulse

Defense: 95 (+25)
Special Attack: 130 (+20)
Special Defense: 185 (+35)
Speed: 85 (+5)
New Move: Poison Jab
Description: Mega Goodra gains Regenerator, turning it into a a great specially bulky pivot. In addition to flavor purposes, Goodra appreciates the secondary poison typing to help out against OU's Tapu spam. Having to switch out after a Draco isn't so crippling anymore either.
Goodra @ Goodranite
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 240 HP / 252 SpA / 16 Spe
Modest Nature
- Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave
- Fire Blast/Flamethrower
- Draco Meteor

MaceMaster how many stat points can be added to each mon? This is meant for OU.
Please answer my question.

Mega Kommo-o
Type
: Dragon/Steel
Stats-
HP: 75
Atk: 110
Def: 125 ---> 160 (+35)
SpAtk: 100 ---> 140 (+40)
SpDef: 105 ---> 160 (+55)
Speed: 85 ---> 55 (-30)
Ability: Filter
Move Additions: Dragon Pulse, Calm Mind
Description: Did you think that this thing couldn't be viable? I present Mega Kommo-o: a mega that is extremely bulky and packs a great special attack at the same time. Dragon Pulse finally gives a reliable STAB move, and Calm Mind is a lovely set up move for this stat spread. With filter, even SE will not OHKO. However, the main flaw of this thing is that it has low speed to the point where Autonomize isn't worth it, especially because physical is no longer viable with this stat spread.

Kommo-o @ Kommotite
Ability: Soundproof
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed / Quiet Nature
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse / Draco Meteor / Clanging Scales
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power [Water] / Iron Defense

This set is the typical special set-up user. However, it is more built towards bulk to better take SE hits.

252 Atk Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 252+ Def Filter Kommo-o: 139-163 (47.7 - 56%) -- 80.5% chance to 2HKO [with all adjustments]

Only bumping so people can see it. Sorry! Also, would this be okay in OU? The main downsides is that it has no speed at all and SE can still 2HKO.

Mega Dragonite
Type
: Dragon/Flying
Ability: Aerilate

HP: 91
Atk: 134 -> 164 (+30)
Def: 95 -> 115 (+20)
SpAtk: 100 -> 110 (+10)
SpDef: 100 -> 130 (+30)
Speed: 80 -> 90 (+10)

Move Additions: Swords Dance

Description: Due to Multiscale pre-evoultion, Dragonite can easily pull of one, or even two DDs. Aerilate boosted Extremespeed will hit extremely hard after the DD and STAB boosted, giving it a useful nice over Salamence. One can even boost with Swords Dance if the speed boost due to DD becomes redundant due to Extremespeed.

Mega Hydreigon
Type
: Dark/Dragon
Ability: Contrary

HP: 92
Atk: 105 -> 125 (+20)

SpAtk: 125 -> 145 (+20)
SpDef: 90 -> 100 (+10)
Speed: 98 -> 138 (+40)

Move Additions: Superpower

Description: Thing thing has insane power. It gets a free Nasty Plot boost whenever it uses Draco Meteor, making it plow through teams which lack Fairy types. It can also go mixed with the help of Superpower, which increases its attack and defense by one stage. Despite it's huge strengths, Fairies can easily wall it, as they're not affected by Draco Meteor. However, Flash Cannon plows through them if it gets to +2.

Mega Kommo-o (I took this from The First New Gen, lol. My submission over there, so I aint stealing this from anyone :P) [OU]
Typing: Dragon/Fighting
Ability: Mix 'n' Match (All non-STAB moves gain 1.33x power) (Inverse Adaptability (should be allowed))
HP: 75
Atk: 122 (+12)
Def: 140 (+15)
SpA: 127 (+27)
SpD: 135 (+30)
Spe: 101 (+16)
BST: 700 (+100)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Sludge Wave
Competitve Analysis: Mega Kommo-o was kinda needed. It was probably the worst Psuedo Legend thanks to it's 4x weakness to fairy and it's horrific speed. Now, however, It has a nice 101 speed to outspeed all fairies not named A-Ninetales, Mega Diancie, Whimsicott, Ribombee and Tapu Koko. It now gains increased power on it's moves such as Flash Cannon, Earthquake, Flamethrower, Poison Jab, Rock Slide, X-Scissor, Return and Sludge Wave. This allows it to no longer have the 4 move sydrome, aswell as become a fearsome sweeper, with either Automize, Bulk Up or Swords Dance.

Mega Dragonite [UBERS]
Typing: Dragon/Flying
Ability: Infiltrator
HP: 91
Atk: 189 (+55)
Def: 115 (+20)
SpA: 70 (-30)
SpD: 115 (+15)
Spe: 120 (+40)
BST: 700 (+100)
New Moves: Dragon Ascent, Dragon Hammer
Competitve Analysis: Okay, this thing is utter ridiculous. 189 Atk, 1 less that Mega Mewtwo X, 91 / 115 / 115 bulk, 120 Speed, Dragon Dance, Dragon Ascent and Dragon Hammer make this thing insanely OP, and it even has Infiltrator, allowing it to hit through Substitutes, Reflect and Aurora Veil. Dragon Dance to set up, and multiscale before mega to have even more chance to set up. (still dies to my mega Arcticuno lol)

(All Submissions for OU)
Mega Dragonite (Dragonitite)
Dragon/Water
Multiscale
91/134/95/100/100/80 -> 91/134+20/95+10/100+50/100+7/80+13
New Moves: Scald, Hydro Pump
Analysis: (I suck at making one) Having barely any weaknesses+Multiscale, it is very bulky. It is now a mixed Attacker, and can also be slightly defensively inclined.

working on others

Mega Hydreigon (Hydreigonite) (I think they made a mistake with Mega Stones, and so chose he ZCrystal naming tactic differently.)
Dragon/Dark
Ironize: NonSTABs become Steel-type moves.
92/105/90/125/90/98
New Moves: Nasty Plot, Bullet Seed

Okay, let me take a crack at this:

Goodra-Mega (OU)
Ability: Sap Sipper/Hydration/Gooey ----> Regenerator
Typing: Dragon/Poison

Stats:

HP: 90
Attack: 100 ----> 125 (+25)
Defense: 70 ----> 100 (+30)
Special Attack: 110 ----> 135 (+25)
Special Defense: 150 ----> 160 (+10)
Speed: 80 ----> 90 (+10)
Base Stat Total: 600 ----> 700 (+100)
Movepool Additions: Poison Jab, Gunk Shot
Description: My Goodra is similar to MaceMaster's, the main differences being that it's a little less specially bulky but more physically bulky and slightly faster and stronger. Physical sets can pivot into Grass-type moves with Sap Sipper pre-Mega, then go Mega and go to town, while Special sets can spam Sludge Bomb for that sweet, sweet Poison chance. Of course, it's still pathetically slow, but it still shines as a bulky attacker.

Kommo-o-Mega (OU)
Ability: Soundproof/Bulletproof/Overcoat ----> Adaptability
Typing: Dragon/Fighting

Stats:

HP: 75
Attack: 110 ----> 140 (+30)
Defense: 125 ----> 135 (+10)
Special Attack: 100 ----> 130 (+30)
Special Defense: 105 ----> 115 (+10)
Speed: 85 ----> 105 (+20)
Base Stat Total: 600 ----> 700
Movepool Additions: Drain Punch, Aura Sphere
Description: Kommo-o's greatest strength should have been its versatility, with four different set-up moves; however, due to a lack of good Fighting-type STABs, it always gets pigeonholed into Special-attacking roles. This Mega seeks to remedy that, by giving Kommo-o a much-needed Speed buff, great offensive buffs, slight defensive buffs to set up more easily, and (perhaps most useful) Adaptability, allowing its stronger Special Attacks to hit hard without a setup move, and its weaker Physical Attacks to hit harder despite being, well, weaker. It's still mauled by Fairy-types, but with Flash Cannon and Poison Jab, it can take care of them once it has set up.

Mega Dragonite

Ability -
Ineer Focus; Multiscale
Sky Wanderer (Changes Normal-type Moves to Flying-types if the user is not the last Pokemon moving in the turn. Otherwise these moves remain Normal-type and gain an 1.2x boost)(Aerilate + Analytic Hybrid Variant)

HP - 91
91
Atk - 134
134
Def - 95
124 (+29)
SpA - 100
134 (+34)
SpD - 100
124 (+24)
Spe - 80
93 (+13)
BST - 600
700 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Double Edge, Hyper Voice
Competitive Analysis - Mega Dragonite finally arrived. It has the 'obvious' ablity, almost copying its cousing, Mega Salamence; however, Nite has one thing that mence does not: Extreme Speed. STAB Extreme Speed boosted by Aerialate is really really good, that's why I didn't add a single point to its Attack stat. Otherwise it would be way too good :P it still has base 93 speed tho, meaning that Pokemon like Scarf Lele, Scarf Nihilego and Scarf Chomp can shut it down after a Dragon Dance (only if Garchomp is above half). It also has crazy bulk and an improved Special Attack stat, meaning it can mixed or even full Special for the surprise factor. Its main weakness is Ice Shard mons that don't drop to ESpeed and faster revenge killers. (4OU)

Mega Hydreigon

Ability -
Levitate
Triple Threat (Every time this Pokémon attacks, it hits three times; each hit deals 40% of the damage it normally would)(Parental Bond Variant)

HP - 92
92
Atk - 105
123 (+18)
Def - 90
113 (+23)
SpA - 125
144 (+19)
SpD - 90
113 (+23)
Spe - 98
115 (+17)
BST - 600
700 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Nasty Plot
Competitive Analysis - This is meant for OU. But even then, its really hard to make a 700BST mon not broken in OU... Well, at least I tried, let's go over it. Triple Threat nerfs Draco Meteor beacuse of the SpA drops, but really buffs Dark Pulse, since it has a 48.8% chance to flinch now. In fact, Mega Hydreigon makes the Speed standards even higher, not only that but Triple Threat almost gives it a LO boost (40% X 3 = 120%), it is also quite bulky and quite fast as well, not to mention Nasty Plot. However, It is still weak to many Scarfers and faster Pokemon in general (like Tapu Koko, Scarf Lele, Scarf Chomp, the upcoming Marshadow and Mega Loppuny). Mega Dreigon might be a tad too broken, but it is still quite a funny mon to use :)

Mega Goodra

Ability -
Sap Sipper; Hydration; Gooey
Regenerator

HP - 90
90
Atk - 100
111 (+11)
Def - 70
99 (+19)
SpA - 110
133 (+23)
SpD - 150
177 (+27)
Spe - 80
100 (+20)
BST - 600
700 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Recover
Competitive Analysis - A very powerful (OU) Special Wall thanks to Recover Regenerator and many resistances with its Dragon typing. It has very high Speed for a Wall and some offensive presence thanks to base 133 SpA and access to Draco Meteor. To keep t balanced, its Defense is still nothing to write home about, tho, with proper investment it can take physical hits well enough, however, physical Ice, Fairy and opposing Dragon-types are still a threat to Mega Goodra.

Mega Kommo-O

Ability -
Bulletproof; Soundproof; Overcoat
Metallic Scales (Gains a 1.5x boost when using Steel-typed Moves, gains an immunity to Poison-typed moves, takes halved damage from Bug, Dragon, Fairy, Flying, Grass, Ice, Normal, Psychic, Rock and Steel; but takes double damage from Fighting, Fire and Ground Moves [essencially beomes a Steel-type])(Steelworker + Levitate + Fluffy + Thick Fat hybrid variant)

HP - 75
75
Atk - 110
150 (+40)
Def - 125
138 (+13)
SpA - 100
122 (+22)
SpD - 105
110 (+5)
Spe - 85
105 (+20)
BST - 600
700 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Close Combat, Iron Head
Competitive Analysis - Kommo-O can finally become the Dragon Dancer it was always meant to be. Dragon, Steel and Fighting coverage only leaves the Aegislash line not taking Neutral damage. And 160 Atk + 105 Speed is a much better improvement (Scarf Chomp, Scarf Lele and Scarf Landorus can't outrun you at +1). Opposing Fighting-types are always annoying, specially those faster than 105 Speed (Keldeo, Terrakion). Kommo also has better bulk, easing set up, and even a more usable SpA stat (Clanging Scales is broken doe). However, Kommo-O is still weak to many common offensive types in OU, such as Fairy, Ground and Fighting.

Mega Kommo-o
New Typing: Dragon/Fighting ---> Dragon/Fighting
New Ability: Bulletproof/Soundproof/Overcoat ---> Gladiate (Normal-type moves get a 20% power boost and become Fighting-type. Think Aerilate/Pixilate/Refrigerate/Galvanize but replace Flying/Fairy/Ice/Electric with Fighting.)
New Moves: Hyper Voice, Dragon Pulse
New Stats:
HP: 75
Attack: 110 ---> 140 (+30)
Defense: 125
Special Attack: 100 ---> 140 (+40)
Special Defense: 105 ---> 120 (+15)
Speed: 85 ---> 100 (+15)
BST: 600 ---> 700
Tier: OU
Description: I wanted to see if Kommo-o could run either a physical/special/mixed attacker set. Gladiate gives it a good physical STAB for Dragon Dance/Swords Dance sets (Belly Drum is still bad due to no priority) and an accurate along with reliable option for special sets (Hyper Beam is bad and you should never use it and Focus Blast will miss.) Also, it has Dragon Pulse for a secondary STAB with no drawbacks.

Mega Goodra
New Typing: Dragon ---> Dragon/Poison
New Ability: Gooey/Hydration/Sap Sipper ---> Poison Touch
New Moves: Poison Jab, Ice Punch
New Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 100 ---> 150 (+50)
Defense: 70 ---> 110 (+40)
Special Attack: 110
Special Defense: 150 ---> 160 (+10)
Speed: 80
BST: 600 ---> 700 (+100)
Tier: OU
Description: I was thinking of making it into a purely physical attacker. It can now bop Fairy-type Pokemon with Poison Jab, and now it has all of the elemental punches. Ice Punch can bop Landorus-T, and Fire Punch can be used to hit Steel-types. I went Poison Touch over Tough Claws because the latter was probably too strong.

Mega Hydreigon
New Typing: Dark/Dragon ---> Dark/Dragon
New Ability: Levitate ---> Mega Launcher
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Sludge Wave
New Stats:
HP: 92
Attack: 105
Defense: 90 ---> 120 (+30)
Special Attack: 125 ---> 175 (+50)
Special Defense: 90 ---> 110 (+20)
Speed: 98
BST: 600 ---> 700
Tier: Probably Uber
Description: Special wallbreaker that can reliably hit Fairy and Steel-types. Mega Launcher gives incentive for Dragon Pulse being used over Draco Meteor, and Levitate means you can switch in on a Ground move pre-mega, then mega evolve and go to town.

Mega Dragonite
New Typing: Dragon/Flying ---> Dragon/Flying
New Ability: Inner Focus/Multiscale ---> Aerilate
New Moves: Swords Dance, Dragon Hammer
New Stats:
HP: 91
Attack: 134 ---> 160 (+26)
Defense: 95 ---> 115 (+20)
Special Attack: 100 ---> 109 (+9)
Special Defense: 100 ---> 110 (+10)
Speed: 80 ---> 115 (+35)
Tier: Uber most likely
Description: Ekiller 2.0. You can use Swords Dance + Extreme Speed if you want to clean late-game, or Dragon Dance + Return for offense.

On a side note, I have taken it upon myself to copy the Megas Spreadsheet and add all the winners up to now. Here is the link. (MaceMaster or Exploudit this should be of use to you for keeping the spreadsheet up to date.)

Mega Kommo-o (OU)
Typing:
Dragon/Steel
Ability: Technician
Stats:
HP: 75 (+0)
Attack: 160 (+50)
Defense: 125 (+0)
Special Attack: 150 (+50)
Special Defense: 105 (+0)
Speed: 85 (+0)
Added Moves: Iron Head, Iron Tail
Description: Kommo-o is beaten by fairies, but Mega Kommo-o beats fairies. Its average Atk and SpA stats are greatly boosted and it gets two physical steel STABs. Technician is an alright ability but it is useless on some sets, since there is only a few notable moves with 60 base power: Dragon Tail, Dragon Breath, Hidden Power, Bulldoze. Dragon Dance is probably Mega Kommo-o's best set, because it has enough bulk to set up and its huge 160 Atk stat becomes even more scary after a boost.

Kommo-o @ Kommoite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Iron Head
- Bulldoze

The set is pretty straightforward. Dragon Dance is to set up, Outrage is Mega Kommo-o's strongest STAB attack, Iron Head is secondary STAB that also hits annoying fairies super effectively and Bulldoze is to hit steel type Pokemon that resist both STABs. Jolly nature is used to outpace Mega Alakazam and anything slower at +1. But this isn't the only set, Mega Kommo-o can be a special attacker too:

Kommo-o @ Kommoite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Autotomize
- Dragon Breath
- Flash Cannon
- Flamethrower

Autotomize doubles Mega Kommo-o's speed so it is faster than all relevant Scarfed Pokemon, Dragon Breath gets the Technician boost and has a nice 30% chance to paralyze the opponent, Flash Cannon is secondary STAB and Flamethrower is for steel type Pokemon.

Counters/Checks to Mega Kommo-o: Dugtrio, Skarmory, Ferrothorn, Celesteela, Heatran, Landorus-T, Garchomp, Tapu Fini

Mega Hydreigon (OU)
Typing:
Dark/Dragon
Ability: Sniper
Stats:
HP: 92 (+0)
Attack: 130 (+25)
Defense: 90 (+0)
Special Attack: 155 (+30)
Special Defense: 125 (+35)
Speed: 108 (+10)
Added Moves: Nasty Plot, Sucker Punch
Description: Mega Hydreigon is a really powerful wallbreaker. It can now set up with Nasty Plot or Focus Energy (critical hits are now even stronger thanks to Sniper) and break through defensive cores. The Focus Energy set can even destroy stall teams when Dugtrio is gone. Mega Hydreigon's has a decent speed tier and can finish off faster threats with STAB Sucker Punch.

Hydreigon @ Hydreigonite
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Mild Nature
- Focus Energy
- Draco Meteor
- Flash Cannon
- Superpower

This set rips through stall. Focus Energy makes Mega Hydreigon's attacks almost always result in a crit, Superpower OHKOs Chansey on a critical hit, Flash Cannon OHKOs Clefable on a critical hit and Draco Meteor OHKOs everything else (critical hits ignore the SpA drops). However it must wait for Dugtrio to faint before starting a sweep.

Counters/Checks to Mega Hydreigon: Keldeo, Tapu Lele, Latios, Dugtrio, Weavile, Garchomp, Terrakion, Mimikyu, Tapu Fini

It can't exactly lure them in. Or was Kommo-o viable in OU?
