Mega Articuno
Typing
: Ice/Flying
Ability: Refrigerate
Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 85
Defense: 100
Special Attack: 135 (+40)
Special Defense: 125
Speed: 145 (+60)
BST: 680
New Move: Boomburst, Earth Power
Role Identification: Articuno shows you why you should never make loud noises in mountains. Focusing more on the offensive type of the typing, and making do with how nothing is immune to its STABs. It channels the power of icy caves and mountains with Earth Power, giving it great special coverage (it has Hurricane to deal with...Bug/Waters that resist the combo?).

Mega Zapdos
Typing
: Electric/Flying
Ability: Dazzling
Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 90
Defense: 100 (+15)
Special Attack: 140 (+15)
Special Defense: 100 (+10)
Speed: 160 (+60)
BST: 680
New Move: Hurricane, Calm Mind
Role Identification: Outspeed all the things! Thanks to Dazzling, it is immune to priority revenge kills. Calm Mind gives it a boosting option which goes great with its excellent typing and 90/100/100 bulk. Hurricane because it should've had it already. Once it sets up, prepare for a storm!

Mega Moltres
Typing
: Fire/Flying
Ability: Turbo Blaze
Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 155 (+55)
Defense: 90
Special Attack: 125
Special Defense: 85
Speed: 135 (+45)
BST: 680
New Move: Sacred Fire, Brave Bird
Role Identification: Just go to town and spread burns around! With Turbo Blaze, not even Flash Fire users are immune (although they are usually Fire type anyway...at least they will still take damage from that high Attack!)

Voting time! I was planning on organizing this differently this time, but I’m too lazy lol.

Mega Articuno
Typing:
Ice / Flying
Ability: Pressure / Snow Cloak ---> Frost Force (Flash Fire clone; grants immunity to Ice-type moves and, upon absorbing one such move per switch-in, boosts its own Ice-type moves by 1.5x)
HP: 90 ---> 90
Attack: 85 ---> 120 (+35)
Defense: 100 ---> 96 (-4)
Special Attack: 95 ---> 120 (+25)
Special Defense: 125 ---> 99 (-26)
Speed: 85 ---> 155 (+70)
Base Stat Total: 580 ---> 680
Movepool Additions: Icicle Crash, Brave Bird
Description: An offensively oriented Articuno that would make the opponent think twice before playing with ice. The Ability makes sense flavor-wise because it "can control ice" according to some of its Pokédex entries, while the offensive focus is due to its typing not being very favorable defensively. It may be really fast, even more so than an otherwise threatening presence in Mega Aerodactyl, but it is quite frail (albeit more so due to typing than raw bulk) and has merely okay attacking stats (for a Mega) that cannot be boosted apart from Frost Force.

Mega Zapdos
Typing:
Electric / Flying
Ability: Pressure / Static ---> Cloud Cover (Fluffy clone; user takes half damage from contact moves but double damage from Flying-type moves)
HP: 90 ---> 90
Attack: 90 ---> 90
Defense: 85 ---> 105 (+20)
Special Attack: 125 ---> 155 (+30)
Special Defense: 90 ---> 140 (+50)
Speed: 100 ---> 100
Base Stat Total: 580 ---> 680
Description: Zapdos is widely considered the most defensive of the legendary birds, so why not make it more defensive? It may still have issues with Rock- and Ice-types, especially considering most of their STABs are non-contact, but its greater bulk and defensively oriented Ability (based on how it "is said to live in thunderclouds") improve its ability to check what it already checks, and the extra Special Attack gives its defensive sets some extra firepower.

Mega Moltres
Typing:
Fire / Flying
Ability: Pressure / Flame Body ---> Pyromaniac (Merciless clone; user's attacks become critical hits if the target is burned)
HP: 90 ---> 90
Attack: 100 ---> 100
Defense: 90 ---> 120 (+30)
Special Attack: 125 ---> 145 (+20)
Special Defense: 85 ---> 115 (+30)
Speed: 90 ---> 110 (+20)
Base Stat Total: 580 ---> 680
Movepool Additions: Lava Plume
Description: Because I made offensive changes to Articuno and defensive changes to Zapdos, my changes to Moltres are a sort of middle ground between the two. The extra Speed puts it past the ever-populated 90-109 range of base Speed, while the enhanced bulk improves its ability to spread burns and take full advantage of its Ability (which is more of a because-I-felt-like-it idea than the previous two). Obviously, though, it's not unstoppable; it still has that icky 4x Rock weakness, along with a few other common weaknesses, and no way to boost its Special Attack.

Yeah, I went a bit crazy with the Ability clones. What of it?
We can send them into ubers? MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!

Let's start with the ability that will be common on the this birds: Gale Force (raise the power and the accuracy of the move Hurricane of the 50%)

Mega Zapdos
Typing:
Electric / Flying
Ability: Pressure / Static ---> Gale Force
HP:
90
Attack: 90 ---> 80 (-10)
Defense: 85 ---> 105 (+20)
Special Attack: 125 ---> 175 (+50)
Special Defense: 90 ---> 110 (+20)
Speed: 100 ---> 120 (+20)
Movepool Additions: Focus Blast, Hurricane, Overheat

Mega Moltres
Typing:
Fire / Flying
Ability: Pressure / Flame Body ---> Gale Force
HP:
90
Attack: 100 ---> 120 (+20)
Defense: 90 ---> 90 (+0)
Special Attack: 125 ---> 175 (+50)
Special Defense: 85 ---> 85 (+0)
Speed: 90 ---> 120 (+30)
Movepool Additions: Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Thunder

Mega Articuno
Typing:
Ice / Flying
Ability: Pressure / Snow Cloak ---> Gale Force
HP:
90
Attack: 85 ---> 65 (-20)
Defense: 100 ---> 110 (+10)
Special Attack: 95 ---> 165 (+70)
Special Defense: 125 ---> 135 (+10)
Speed: 85 ---> 115 (+30)
Movepool Additions: Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Thunder

Description: I tried to adapt the birds to the Ubers metagame, adding them enough spa to allow them to hit like a train. Movepool additions are just come coverage that I think they should have

Mega Articuno

Ability -
Pressure / Snow Cloak
Artic Veil (renamed Magic Guard)

HP - 90
90
Atk - 85
85
Def - 100
125 (+25)

SpD - 125
160 (+35)
Spe - 85
110 (+25)
BST - 580
680 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Flamethrower, Thunderbolt
Competitive Analysis - Mega Articuno is extremely bulky, it is also immune to Stealth Rocks and can get rid of them with Defog. It also has reliable recovery, a convinient Speed tier and some offensive presence. Articuno's only weaknesses is its terrible defensive typing and its crippling weakness to Rock-type moves.

Mega Zapdos

Ability -
Pressure / Static
Zap Boost (Renamed Adaptability)

HP - 90

Spe - 100
125 (+25)
BST - 580
680 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Flamethrower, Ice Beam
Competitive Analysis - Mega Zapdos hits extremely hard thanks to Zap Boost and its massive SpA stat. In can perform even better on a rain team thanks to Thunder/Hurricane spam. Mega Zapdos is also considerably fast and somewhat bulky too.

Mega Moltres

Ability -
Pressure / Flame Body
Molt Madness (Renamed Berserk)

HP - 90
90
Atk - 100
125 (+25)

85
Spe - 90
110 (+20)
BST - 580
680 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Thunderbolt, Ice Beam
Competitive Analysis - Mega Moltres is a very potent Special attacker, and can heavily punish its opponents for attacking Moltres thanks to Molt Madness, making it a huge threat to deal with: 0 SpA Toxapex Scald vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Moltres: 120-144 (37.3 - 44.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO - as you can see on this calc, Moltres can take Scalds all day and Roost on them just to get SpA boosts. After that, Mega Moltres can just proceed to destroy everything: +2 252 SpA Moltres Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 24 SpD Toxapex: 276-326 (90.7 - 107.2%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO. Its only weaknesses are Stealth Rocks and faster opponents but with the proper team support, Moltres can be a huge threat
I have been waiting for this slate >:)

95 -> 125 (+30)
125 -> 165 (+40)
85 -> 85
BST: 580 -> 680

Movepool Addition:
Hyper Voice
Description: Mega Evolution heightens the ice power inside of Articuno, causing the ice crystals on its head to grow longer, and the hair on its chest to crystallize. Spikes of ice grow on its wing and its tail becomes solid and spiky with ice. Being close to it will freeze you over.

BST: 580 -> 680

Movepool Addition: Hyper Voice
Description: Mega Evolution heightens the electrical power inside of Zapdos, causing that static electricity inside it to become stronger, its wings, tail and head have even more spikes. Electricity runs around its tail and wings. One touch of this can lead to life-threatening electric shocks.

Moltres-Mega

Ability: Incinerate (-Ate clone, turns Normal type moves into Fire type moves)
Stats:
90

100 -> 100
90 -> 110 (+20)
125 -> 155 (+30)
85 -> 105 (+20)
90 -> 120 (+30)
BST: 580 -> 680

Movepool Addition: Hyper Voice
Description: Mega Evolution heightens the fire power inside of Moltres, causing the fire on its, head, wings and tail to spread over the rest of its body, going down its neck, back and talons. Its wings are pure fire. Being within a couple of feet will burst you into flames due to the extreme heat.

Competitive Analysis: I'm doing one for all three birds as they have similar roles. They focus on using boosted Hyper Voices to destroy everything. They also have surprisingly good bulk which makes them deadly threats. Their high special attack makes them difficult to wall. Still don't like SRs though.
Thematically, these birds share a theme. In my mind, they are the physical embodiment of the weathers in the Pokemon world, so that should be reflected. The Bird abilities all allow them to spam their STAB moves as well as their coverage moves with no worry whatsoever, while they also get a significant boost to their offensive power. Of course, on their own they aren't very powerful, so they borrow some strength from their brethren in the form of Blizzard, Thunder, and Fire Blast.

Mega Articuno
Typing:
Ice/Flying
Ability: Absolute Zero (Ice type attacks of this Pokemon do double damage; halves damage by fire attacks - Water Bubble clone)
HP: 90 ---> 90
Attack: 85 ---> 85 (0)
Defense: 100 ---> 120 (20)
Special Attack: 95 ---> 135 (+40)
Special Defense: 125 ---> 125 (0)
Speed: 85 ---> 125 (+40)
Base Stat Total: 580 ---> 680

Movepool Additions: Aeroblast, Earth Power
Description: With Ice-type moves doing double damage and coming off a 135 base SpA, any non-Chansey Pokemon that doesn't resist Ice will not stand more than 2-3 Ice Beams, which makes switching into this Pokemon very difficult. Earth Power deals with Fire and Steel types that resist Ice.

Mega Zapdos
Typing:
Electric / Flying
Ability: Quick Spark (Electric type moves have a priority of +1; Gen 6 Gale Wings clone)
HP: 90 ---> 90
Attack: 90 ---> 90 (0)
Defense: 85 ---> 125 (+40)
Special Attack: 125 ---> 145 (+10)
Special Defense: 90 ---> 130 (+40)
Speed: 100 ---> 100 (0)
Base Stat Total: 580 ---> 680
New Moves: Aeroblast, Earth Power
Description: Quick Spark gives Zapdos priority T-wave, priority Volt Switch from a base 145 attack. Zapdos has the lowest BST of all the legendary birds but it's ability kind of nullifies it. Partner Zapdos with a rain setter for priority drawback free Thunder.

Mega Moltres
Typing:
Fire / Flying
Ability: Contrary
HP: 90 ---> 90
Attack: 100 ---> 100
Defense: 90 ---> 110 (+20)
Special Attack: 125 ---> 125 (0)
Special Defense: 85 ---> 110 (+25)
Speed: 90 ---> 145 (+55)
Base Stat Total: 580 ---> 680
Movepool Additions: Superpower, Aeroblast
Description: Mega Moltes ties with Mega Sceptile for the third fastest mega, behind only Mega Alakazam and Mega Aerodactyl. Mega Moltes can spam Overheat and get a free Nasty Plot boost along with it. Mega Moltres can also go mixed now since Superpower increases its Attack and Defense by one stage. It's a faster Serperior with better offensive typing and hits harder.

Defense: 100 ----> 140 (+40)
Special Attack: 95 ----> 115 (+20)
Special Defense: 125 ----> 160 (+35)
Speed: 85
Base Stat Total: 580 ----> 680
Movepool Additions: Air Slash
Description: Basically the only way to salvage this typing without directly changing the type chart. If you can keep Rocks off the field for its initial entry and Mega Evolution, it should be fine, given it only has two weaknesses and it has helpful resistances to Fighting and Bug as well as an immunity to Ground.

Mega Moltres
Ability:
Magic Guard
Typing: Fire/Flying
HP: 90
Attack: 140 (+40)
Defense: 90
Special Attack: 145 (+20)
Special Defense: 105 (+20)
Speed: 110 (+20)
New Moves: Brave Bird, Flare Blitz
Description: Mega Moltres is a brutal attacker on either side of the spectrum, with Brave Bird and Flare Blitz to complement its spike in Attack. Magic Guard lets it use its new toys without wearing itself out and dodge Stealth Rock damage and drives home the mythical phoenix theme. If physical attacks aren't enough then a mixed or Sun set is by all means usable. You can probably get away with no Roost now that you have Magic Guard, although the first switch-in might still be painful.

Mega Zapdos
Ability:
Lightning Rod
Typing: Electric/Flying
HP: 90
Attack: 110 (+20)
Defense: 105 (+20)
Special Attack: 165 (+40)
Special Defense: 90
Speed: 120 (+20)
New Moves: Hurricane, Electric Terrain
Description: Hello original Hidden Ability how are you today? Zapdos makes a fine counter to Tapu Koko and Rain if their swimmer is down and can wreak havoc on just about anything else. Defense lets it play the defensive set better if shorting out the power grid isn't your jam. Might work in Ubers (where it stands a good chance of going), but it has to contend with Primal Groudon there. Hurricane and to a lesser extent Electric Terrain are new toys to play with.

Mega Articuno
Ability:
Regenerator
Typing: Ice/Flying
HP: 90
Attack: 85
Defense: 110 (+10)
Special Attack: 125 (+30)
Special Defense: 135 (+10)
Speed: 135 (+50)
New Moves: Calm Mind, Surf
Description: This is a bit different from the standard Articuno in that it changes a defensive Pokemon into a more offensive Pokemon, but hey, you can use it defensively... you just have to pick your matchups very carefully. 135 Speed and Gen I tier Special Attack make it incredibly threatening, and you can pair it with weather to improve its best STAB's accuracy. Regenerator has the same premise as Moltres's Magic Guard, and the decision to give this one to Articuno was in part to keep Moltres's parallels to Ho-Oh down. Surf because this Pokemon roosts by the water, and ice is solid water so why the heck not. It's much needed coverage on a Pokemon with bad typing and coverage to begin with.

I wanted to make the birds form a rock-paper-scissors triangle with the birds, and for the most part it works. It goes Artiuno > Zapdos > Moltres > Articuno, and in most cases (rocks can dash the triangle) they beat one another by design.

Mega Zapdos
Typing
: Electric/Flying
Ability: Thundercloud (Traps all Pokemon that are not Electric or Ghost Typing; Arena Trap Clone)
Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 90
Defense: 120 (+35)
Special Attack: 140 (+15)
Special Defense: 120 (+30)
Speed: 120 (+20)
BST: 680
Movepool Additions: Aeroblast, Ice Beam
Description: Mega Zapdos is a very good trapper, as it can be offensive or defensive at the same time. Couple that with strong STABs, reliable recovery, and BoltBeam coverage, Mega Zapdos could be a very viable pokemon in OU or Ubers alike.

Mega Moltres
Typing
: Fire/Flying
Ability: Wildfire (Traps all Pokemon that are not Fire or Ghost type; Arena Trap Clone)
Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 100
Defense: 95 (+5)
Special Attack: 155 (+30)
Special Defense: 95 (+5)
Speed: 145 (+55)
BST: 680
Movepool Additions: Nasty Plot, Earth Power
Description: A very powerful setup sweeper and trapper with very good STABs and Earth Power Makes it even better.

Mega Articuno
Typing
: Ice/Flying
Ability: Snow Globe (Traps all Pokemon that are not Ice or Ghost type; Arena Trap Clone)
Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 85
Defense: 125 (+25)
Special Attack: 125 (+30)
Special Defense: 130 (+5)
Speed: 125 (+40)
BST: 680
Movepool Additions: Quiver Dance, Thunderbolt
Role Identification: Mega Articuno is meant to be a jack of all trades in terms of a special attacker. Thanks to it's amazing 90/125/130 bulk, it can safely setup Quiver Dances and fire strong BoltBeams or Hurricanes. It can also serve as a bulky quiver dancer, with access to support moves like defog, roost, heal bell and haze. It is also an amazing trapper, as it can trap and hit almost anything hard. But watch out for Stealth Rocks and Rock Types in general.

Articuno Mega
Ability: Technician
Typing:

Stats: 90 / 85 (+0) / 130 (+30) / 130 (+35) / 145 (+20) / 100 (+15) [BST 680 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Taunt, Calm Mind
Description (Competitive): Articuno is now a sort of fast and strong Pokemon with insane bulk. Technician is a cool ability for this mon, giving it boosted Frost Breaths and Air Cutters (If you don't want to miss Hurricane, although that is probably better) while giving it coverage options in the form of Ancient Power, Water Pulse, Ominous Wind, and Hidden Power. It also makes for one of the few special technician abusers, making it unique in that regard. With Taunt and Calm Mind, alongside its good bulk, it can act as a sort of stallbreaker.

Zapdos Mega
Ability: Mold Breaker
Typing:

Stats: 90 / 90 (+0) / 110 (+25) / 155 (+30) / 115 (+25) / 120 (+20) [BST 680 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Hurricane, Taunt, Nasty Plot
Description (Competitive): It now has a good 90/110/115 bulk, a usable 120 speed, and a high 155 SpA. With its access to Nasty Plot, it can work as a dangerous set-up sweeper, especially since it can bypass Unaware and Volt Absorb thanks to its access to Mold Breaker. Taunt lets it act as a decent stallbreaker as well, and it now has access to Hurricane like it probably should of since the beginning. Notably, Mega Zapdos can act as the electric-type for Rain Teams over Tapu Koko due to its higher power and access to STAB Hurricane, which becomes 100% accurate during Rain.

Moltres Mega
Ability: Regenerator
Typing:

Stats: 90 / 100 (+0) / 90 (+0) / 175 (+50) / 115 (+30) / 110 (+20) [BST 680 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Earth Power, Superpower, Taunt
Description (Competitive): Mega Moltres has a decent 90/90/115 bulk, letting it act as a mini Ho-oh for OU thanks to its Regenerator ability. What really stands out, however, is its huge 175 SpA, which paired with high BP STAB moves like Fire Blast and Hurricane leaves not a lot of things to switch in. This is further compounded by its access to Earth Power and Superpower for coverage - while Superpower might seem silly, keep in mind that its coming off of a respectable 100 base attack, and is mainly for TTar. Finally, it has a good base 110 speed, which allows it to stand apart from Mega Charizard Y.

Articuno-Mega
Ability:
Galeforce (automatically summons Tailwind upon switch-in)
Typing:

Stats: 90 / 85 / 115 (+15) / 140 (+45) / 165 (+40) / 85
Movepool Additions: Discharge, Lava Plume, Earth Power, Aeroblast
Description (Competitive): More offense is always nice, and with Galeforce and its new coverage options, Mega Articuno can help support a team or attack on its own. Discharge and Lava Plume are its cousins' weaker STABs (no T-bolt or Flamethrower for you!), Earth Power is good coverage, and Aeroblast is a powerful STAB move that fits because Lugia is the master of this trio, so why not let them use its power when Mega Evolved?

Zapdos-Mega
Ability:
Galeforce
Typing:

Stats:
90 / 130 (+40) / 85 / 140 (+25) / 85 (-5) / 140 (+40)
Movepool Additions: Frost Breath, Lava Plume, Earth Power, Aeroblast
Description (Competitive): SANIC SPEED. Seriously, with Galeforce, Mega Zapdos outspeeds EVERYTHING that doesn't have priority. And with that 165 SpA, it hits like a TRUCK. Too bad its defenses are comparatively meager (it even gets a SpD nerf!) and it got a useless Attack buff. Still, this thing takes some serious names.

Moltres-Mega
Ability:
Galeforce
Typing:

Stats:
90 / 155 (+55) / 85 (-5) / 165 (+40) / 85 / 105 (+10)
Movepool Additions: Discharge, Frost Breath, Earth Power, Aeroblast
Description (Competitive): Not as GOTTA GO FAST as Zapdos, but it makes up for it with PURE. UNBRIDLED. POWER. 165 SpA means this thing's Fire Blasts and Aeroblasts will hit like an 18-wheeler filled with uranium, Galeforce gives it GOTTA GO FAST potential to outspeed everything BUT Zapdos, extra coverage allows it to hit more stuff, and hell, it could even run a physical or mixed set with that 155 Attack! Too bad it's quad weak to Stealth Rocks and has comparatively meager bulk.
holy f*ck. The legendary birds?! WHY AM I NOT GETTING NOTIFIED GOD DAMNIT SMOGON

Mega Articuno
Typing
: Ice/Flying
Ability: Absolute Zero (Freezes the foes upon switch in ; Intimidate Clone)
Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 105
Defense: 150 (+50)
Special Attack: 120 (+25)
Special Defense: 130 (+5)
Speed: 85 (+0)
BST: 680
New Move: Calm Mind
Role Identification: Hmm, lets see. This pokemon has an ability that pretty much forces a switch, which allows it to fire off a calm mind, which adds to it's insane bulk. Then lets it sweep the opposing team. Or you could use it with a regenerator mon to freeze the whole opposing team to spread some salt around
Mega Articuno
Typing
: Ice/Flying
Ability: Refrigerate
Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 85
Defense: 100
Special Attack: 135 (+40)
Special Defense: 125
Speed: 145 (+60)
BST: 680
New Move: Boomburst, Earth Power
Role Identification: Articuno shows you why you should never make loud noises in mountains. Focusing more on the offensive type of the typing, and making do with how nothing is immune to its STABs. It channels the power of icy caves and mountains with Earth Power, giving it great special coverage (it has Hurricane to deal with...Bug/Waters that resist the combo?).

Mega Zapdos
Typing
: Electric/Flying
Ability: Dazzling
Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 90
Defense: 100 (+15)
Special Attack: 140 (+15)
Special Defense: 100 (+10)
Speed: 160 (+60)
BST: 680
New Move: Hurricane, Calm Mind
Role Identification: Outspeed all the things! Thanks to Dazzling, it is immune to priority revenge kills. Calm Mind gives it a boosting option which goes great with its excellent typing and 90/100/100 bulk. Hurricane because it should've had it already. Once it sets up, prepare for a storm!

Mega Moltres
Typing
: Fire/Flying
Ability: Turbo Blaze
Stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 155 (+55)
Defense: 90
Special Attack: 125
Special Defense: 85
Speed: 135 (+45)
BST: 680
New Move: Sacred Fire, Brave Bird
Role Identification: Just go to town and spread burns around! With Turbo Blaze, not even Flash Fire users are immune (although they are usually Fire type anyway...at least they will still take damage from that high Attack!)
Mega Moltres
Typing:
Fire/Flying
Ability: Delta Stream
HP: 90
Attack: 100
Defense: 90 -> 120 (+30)
Special Attack: 125 -> 145 (+20)
Special Defense: 85 -> 135 (+50)
Speed: 90
Base Stat Total: 580 -> 680
Movepool Additions: Stockpile, Spit Up, Swallow
Description: While Moltres in its normal form aims to blast everything to pieces, this version of Moltres aims to utilize the awesome move Burn Up to lose all its weaknesses, then set up Stockpiles and tank hits for days while using the occasional Fire Blast to beat down the enemy opponent. Its excellent bulk and lack of weaknesses alongside two options for reliable recovery allow Moltres to be almost as unkillable as the phoenix it was based on. Burn Up is also nice as a powerful nuke, with a great 130 base power, and it never misses. Of course, Stockpile is far from necessary. You can also use Will-O-Wisp on this to great effect or whack on Defog for hazard removal (Although it's still 4x weak to rocks on switch in, so it's not ideal).

Might do the rest of them later.

Congrats to Laughing X-Naut and Mygavolt!

Mega Zapdos

Mega Moltres
Typing:
Fire / Flying
Ability: Pressure / Flame Body ---> Pyromaniac (Merciless clone; user's attacks become critical hits if the target is burned)
HP: 90 ---> 90
Attack: 100 ---> 100
Defense: 90 ---> 120 (+30)
Special Attack: 125 ---> 145 (+20)
Special Defense: 85 ---> 115 (+30)
Speed: 90 ---> 110 (+20)
Base Stat Total: 580 ---> 680
As for Articuno, it's a tie between myself and Ludicrousity, so please vote on the tiebreaker.
I vote Ludicrousity
UB Slate
Here we have the 3 ultra beasts that are obtainable in both games. Once again, feel free to send them to AG like Ludicrousity ubers. There will be no ability limitation and a maximum of 3 new moves.

Note on all 3: All of the UBs have prime number stats, so I decided to keep them at prime numbers. I also wanted to keep Beast Boost as it's such a good ability, adds so much flavor, and makes my megas very hard to stop after nabbing a boost.

Description: Well, the best wallbreaker I can think of. A great offense typing, 143 speed, and a scary 213 SpAttack say it all.

Guzzlord-Mega
Ability: Beast Boost ----> Innards Out
Typing: Dark / Dragon

Special Attack: 97 ----> 131 (+35)
Special Defense: 53 ----> 38 (-15)
Speed: 43 ----> 103 (+60)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Dragon Dance, Nasty Plot, Outrage
Description: Innards Out abuser. Has usable offensive stats that can be bosted with set up moves.

Mega Nihilego
Ability: Beast Boost ----> When in Rome (Steelworker clone; boosts user's Normal-type moves by a factor of 1.5)
Typing: Normal/Poison
HP: 109
Attack: 53 ----> 73 (+20)
Defense: 47 ----> 87 (+40)
Special Attack: 127 ----> 167 (+40)
Special Defense: 131
Speed: 103
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Hyper Voice, Dark Pulse
Description: Nihilego's Moon Pokédex entry mentions "behaving like a young girl," and this Mega Evolution takes the human resemblance to the next level by making it Normal-type. (Speaking of typings, I have to wonder why its base form's primary typing is Rock...) Its Ability (named after the expression "When in Rome, do as the Romans do") darn near makes it a second Porygon-Z; with STAB, its Normal-type moves (including the newly added Hyper Voice) are 2.25 times stronger than normal, dealing almost as much damage as its Psyshock deals to standard Chansey. Additionally, it has very much improved physical bulk and fewer weaknesses in its Mega form.
Even in spite of being able to take a step closer to humanity through its Mega Evolution, Nihilego has a sort of dark side of its personality, hence the addition of Dark Pulse (which grants it coverage against Ghost- and (to a lesser extent) Steel-types).

Mega Xurkitree
Ability: Beast Boost ----> Dazzling
Typing: Electric/Grass
HP: 83
Attack: 89
Defense: 71 ----> 101 (+30)
Special Attack: 173 ----> 223 (+50)
Special Defense: 71 ----> 101 (+30)
Speed: 83 ----> 73 (-10)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Synthesis
Description: Imagine if Xurkinite (hypothetical Mega Stone name) contained plant matter that would cause Xurkitree to become more like an actual tree. That is the idea behind the Mega Evolution here. The plant matter also intensifies the electricity of Xurkitree's bulbous head and electrified cable ties, making its entire body one Dazzling sight to behold. In the aftermath of intense experimentation with such Mega Evolution, infinitesimal traces of plant matter can be found in Xurkitree's regular DNA, meaning that it can use photosynthesis as an alternative means of gathering energy.
From a competitive standpoint, its extra Grass typing gives it STAB on Energy Ball (and Grass Knot), neutrality to Ground, and three extra resistances, at the expense of its total weakness count increasing to 4. Another downside to Mega Evolving is that Xurkitree becomes slower, but the silver lining is that it never has to fear priority (such as Ice Shard) and has respectable 83/101/101 bulk alongside Synthesis for longevity. Base 223 Special Attack is freakishly high, so it can afford to run Calm Mind and invest fully in its physical bulk while still being able to hit like a truck.

Mega Guzzlord
Ability: Beast Boost ----> Regenerator
Typing: Steel/Dragon
HP: 223
Attack: 101
Defense: 53 ----> 103 (+50)
Special Attack: 97 ----> 127 (+30)
Special Defense: 53 ----> 103 (+50)
Speed: 43 ----> 13 (-30)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Gunk Shot, Flash Cannon, Earth Power
Description: Upon Mega Evolving, Guzzlord's dark desire to consume is actually completely satiated. In fact, more than that, it has become akin to all the junk that it has eaten (hence the Steel typing), and it can even produce its own extra rations for the long run (hence Regenerator).
In terms of movepool justification, shouldn't a Junkivore Pokémon also be able to spit out junk? (I don't know if that's a fair excuse for Earth Power, though...)
Competitively speaking...well, you could say that I went crazy with this one. Familiar Steel/Dragon typing (hello, Dialga) makes it only weak to Fighting and Ground (only the former of which is a weakness shared by the typing of its base form), astounding 223/103/103 bulk makes it bulkier on average than Chansey (if only because of the physical side), and base 127 Special Attack ensures that it hits hard for a wall. (Dual STAB with Steel-hitting coverage is very potent.) Not to mention, thanks to Regenerator, this Mega has a more viable method of regaining health than Stockpile or Rest could ever provide. Its only major setback is its base 13 Speed, making it slower than all but five species of Pokémon (granted Trick Room can make that Speed the opposite of a setback).

Also, I vote MaceMaster for the tiebreaker.

Ludicrousity

Once again, feel free to send them to AG like Ludicrousity.
AG needs variety too ;3; so I vote Ludi

Mega Xurkitree
Ability
: Beast Boost
Typing: Electric
HP: 83
Attack: 97 (+6)
Defense: 120 (+49)
Special Attack: 190 (+19)
Special Defense: 120 (+49)
Speed: 60 (-23)
New Move: Laser Focus, Vacuum Wave
Description: Xurkitree loses it's speed to become an absolute monster. 190 SpA and Tail Glow is absolutely insane. Add in the fact that it has 83/120/120 bulk and you have a very very strong Pokemon. Laser Focus is there for a move that could be run in a few sets, but eh. Did I mention it can also spam priority?

Each of these has prime numbers for stats, just like the base forms. You want Ubers/AG? You got it.

Mega Guzzlord
Ability: Beast Boost -> Shadow Tag
Typing: Dark/Dragon
HP: 223
Atk: 151 (+50)
Def: 73 (+20)
SpA: 127 (+30)
SpD: 73 (+20)
Spe: 23 (-20)
New Moves: Coil, Power Trip, Moonlight

The concept behind this is based on a few basic details about Guzzlord itself: it is massive, it consumes anything that comes near it, and it is dark. What does that sound like? A black hole.

Mega Guzzlord becomes more serpentine upon mega-evolving to look like a proper dragon, but still retains many of its pre-mega design motifs. It circles to appear as an ouroboros, or a snake that eats its own tail. This circling makes it resemble a black hole. It has Shadow Tag because it is based on a black hole, which is nearly impossible to escape from. It learns Coil because it is more snake-like and coiling condenses the user, similarly to how a black hole is extremely dense. Power Trip is inspired by the dramatic, powerful bursts of energy that black holes occasionally emit. These bursts are more violent when the black hole contains more matter, hence the move's mechanics. Moonlight gives recovery, and nods to how black holes can absorb the light that passes by them.

Mega Guzzlord functions as a bulky set-up sweeper with Coil, raising its now-immense bulk to truly astronomical levels while boosting its attack stat to a meaty base 151. Its special attack is now much more respectable. With buffed defenses to back up its colossal HP, only the hardest of hitters can break through. Or just Fairy-types I suppose. Due to its increase in weight and defenses, its speed is lower. It's absurdly broken, but thematically makes sense.

Suggested set:

Guzzlord @ Guzzlordite
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SpD
Careful Nature
-Coil
-Moonlight
-Power Trip
-Substitute

(After 6 Coils, PhysDef Zygarde-Complete is cleanly OHKO'd)

Mega Nihilego
Ability: Beast Boost (retains base form's ability)
Typing: Rock/Poison
HP: 109
Atk: 53
Def: 59 (+12)
SpA: 163 (+36)
SpD: 149 (+16)
Spe: 139 (+36)
New Moves: Fire Blast, Destiny Bond

Mega Nihilego is a more powerful parasite that can be much more threatening when it isn't controlling a host. Its design is more "Lovecraftian" because it grows longer, both in head and tentacles, and gives off an ethereal glow. Several tentacles now end in stone-like outcroppings that drip with its venom. It retains Beast Boost because its toxin, which amplifies aggressive tendencies in victims, has built up to the point that Mega Nihilego itself is affected. Beast Boost amplifies this behavior after each KO.

It still has a low defense stat but it is less crippling than previously. Nihilego gets a healthy special attack boost to power up its STABs and a similar boost in speed to patch up its non-mega form's reliance on Choice Scarf to be fast. The special defense also gets a slight buff. Nihilego gains access to Fire Blast since it is already capable of firing beams of energy (Power Gem) and Destiny Bond because it is a parasite, implying that it can take a host down with it if it dies.

This is basically a fast all-out-attacker with solid coverage and massive steamrolling potential. Huge special bulk for an offensive mon, making it hard to revenge kill from the special side.

Suggested set:

Nihilego @Nihilegite
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA/4 SpD/252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Sludge Wave
-Power Gem
-Fire Blast
-HP Ice/Thunderbolt/HP Ground/Destiny Bond

Mega Xurkitree
Ability: Spark of Life (Soul Heart clone)
Typing: Electric/Ghost
HP: 83
Atk: 71 (-18)
Def: 89 (+18)
SpA: 197 (+26)
SpD: 97 (+26)
Spe: 131 (+48)
New Moves: Shadow Ball, Magnet Rise, Aura Sphere

Mega Xurkitree transitions from passively leeching energy from the ground in its base form to a predator that uses the life force of its victims as an energy source. It now has the ability Spark of Life, which is just Soul Heart but with a more fitting name for something that drains life force for energy use. In an environment as hostile as Ultra Space, Mega Xurkitree takes a more offensive approach in order to survive. It is now fairly oblong shaped, with its spiked head in front and several wire-like appendages trailing from behind the head, like a ball flying through the air that has strings attached to the back. Just less comical and more demented. This form is surrounded by a wispy purple/black cloud, and the body can be seen glowing from within it.

Following the offensive route, Xurkitree gets a large speed buff to make it a more capable threat, as it isn't revenge-killed or switched into as easily as regular Xurkitree. Its defenses get slight buffs, but the attack stat recedes slightly because it no longer needs to rely on physical hits (from an anatomical perspective) as it is now a gaseous ghost/demon/lightning creature. The special attack boost is mild since it is now much faster but only somewhat stronger, but with its improved bulk and great speed, Mega Xurkitree can set up with Tail Glow much more easily. Shadow Ball gives it STAB, Magnet Rise is because it appears to levitate and can float around, and Aura Sphere functions by directly channeling life energy into an attack.

This is basically a lightning- (no pun intended) fast sweeper with an enormous special attack stat bolstered by Tail Glow. It has good coverage with its STABs and can break through damn near everything. God help anything not named Chansey or Blissey. Can't even think of a mon that isn't OHKOd after rocks at +3 besides them.

Sample set:

Xurkitree @ Xurkitrite
Ability: Spark of Life
EVs: 252 SpA/4 SpD/252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Tail Glow
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Aura Sphere

(After two Tail Glows, Eviolite Chansey has a chance to be OHKO'd and Blissey is cleanly OHKO'd)

Earth Absorption (Ground type moves have no effect, x1.5 SpA instead)
Typing: Rock/Poison
HP: 109
Attack: 53
Defense: 47 ----> 107 (+60)
Special Attack: 127 ----> 157 (+30)
Special Defense: 131 ----> 141 (+10)
Speed: 103
BST: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Calm Mind, Ice Beam
Description: Nihilego's ability helps it to clear Toxic Spikes on entry while also giving it an immunity to ground type moves. Ice Beam helps it hit Landorus and Garchomp, who can otherwise wall Nihilego.

Mega Xurkitree
Ability:
Earth Absorption (Ground type moves have no effect, x1.5 SpA instead)
Typing: Electric/Steel
HP: 83
Attack: 89
Defense: 71 ----> 91 (+20)
Special Attack: 173 ----> 213 (+40)
Special Defense: 71 ----> 91 (+20)
Speed: 83 ----> 103 (+20)
BST: 570 ----> 670
Movepool Additions: Flash Cannon, Earth Power, Agility
Description: Xurkitree now has the highest SpA of all unboosted Pokemon. It can also safely switch into Ground type moves because of it's ability and can increase its SpA in the process. Earth Power helps it take on Electric types that attempt to switch in. Agility helps in out-speed the entire tier including Scarfed Pheromosa.

Mega Guzzlord
Ability:
Pixie Guard (Fairy type moves have no effect, x1.5 Atk instead)
Typing: Dark/Dragon

HP: 223
Attack: 101 -----> 144 (+43)
Defense: 53 ----> 103 (+50)
Special Attack: 77 ----> 97 (-20)
Special Defense: 53 ----> 103 (+50)
Speed: 43 ----> 20 (-23)
BST: 570 ----> 670

Movepool Additions: Dragon Hammer, Drain Punch, Hammer Arm, Gunk Shot
Description: Like the other two in the list, Guzzlord too has a 4x weakness negated due to its ability. Guzzlord gets slower, but it gets bulkier too and now has access to Dragon Hammer and can heal itself with Drain Punch. Gunk Shot is to deal with fairies, who may annoy (but not OHKO) Guzzlord.
