National Dex Need help in improving a Mega Chompers team...

Garchomp-Mega (F) @ Garchompite
Ability: Sand Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Scale Shot
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
-Main star of team typical SD + Scale Shot set...

Magnezone @ Choice Specs
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Flash Cannon
-Best mon to pick off mons such as Corv, Ferro potential Celesteela or Skarm which makes the battle hard for this team.

Kommo-o (M) @ Kommonium Z
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Clangorous Soul
- Clanging Scales
- Flash Cannon
- Aura Sphere
Clangorous Soul + Clangorous Soulblaze good setup to sweep for late game or good position to sweep early or mid if he doesn't have any switch-ins.

Hippowdon (M) @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock
Sand setter, stealth rocker, toxic mon...decided to use hippo instead of Ttar for this one...

Now here is where I don't know what to do, I was debating on whether I should add Drill or Zolt because of their Sand Rush ability but I get walled by potential bulky water types and if zone gets picked off i'm doomed.

Tapu Koko @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Electric Surge
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam
It's fast and it hits hard and I decided to put scarf for god knows why even I don't know myself, and used u turn instead of volt switch for a safe pivot without getting absolutely walled by ground types.

Mandibuzz (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
- Foul Play
- Defog
- U-turn
- Roost
Defogger, Pivoter, standard Foul Play as the only move to pick off physical mons that try to set up.

So feel free to criticize or give me your thoughts guys. I know this team is bad as of now which is why i'm asking for help on what can I improve and who should I change and if possible without removing Kommo-o, thanks in advance...

Does Zone need max Spe? I think I Bulletproof is worth considering on Kommo-o. There's an ice weakness, but you probably know that.

How are you w/ the 4x grass weaks, I usually ask people who lack grass coverage.

Max Spe let's me outspeed defensive Heatran and Mega-Scizor
This is quite false. Heatran is using enough speed EVs to outpace Modest Magnezone regularly. Offensive Mega Scizor which is the current standard set also moves first and uses Sand Tomb.
