OHKO vs Sturdy error

I had a battle in the StreetPKMN tier, and my opponent was using a Sheer Cold Articuno. I had Skarmory (with Sturdy) out and when Sheer Cold was used it gave this message:

The foe's Articuno used Sheer Cold!
The foe's Articuno's Sturdy made the attack fail!

Not that much of a problem actually, just a little error.

Yeah, but Articuno doesn't have Sturdy, Skarmory does.

OK so it's not so much a glitch as it is a typo.
