After almost a year and multiple tournaments, with more than 1000 unique signups, 16 players per generation have qualified to compete in the Past Gen Circuit Championships to determine the winners of their respective Circuit and claim the reward of one of the seven Past Gen Ribbons. Get ready for some high level gameplay, because all of the participants have shown that they can claim the title as the best no-one ever was.

General Tournament Rules:
All seeding based ties were broken through winrate, but all ties that include elimination (for example a tie between place 16 and 17) will be broken by a tiebreaker instead. Forumbanned and tourbanned users have already been removed.
You can sign up by either posting "in" or by PM'ing me on Smogon or Discord! If you do not fancy joining, please let me know in pm's or by posting "out". If you are qualified to join more than 1 tour, please specify which ones you like to join (for example, "only GSC" or "All"). Only the players in the top 20 are allowed to sign up for the tier they qualified for, other posts will be deleted! We have chosen to also allow seed 17-20 to signup in case higher seeded players do not want to join or do not respond before the deadline. However, only the 16 highest placed players per tier, that sign up, will participate in the main events!
Deadline: Monday November 23rd, 6:00 AM EST

- These are Standard RBY, GSC, ADV, DPP, BW, ORAS and SM tournaments respectively!
- Matches are to be played on PS, either the main or the smogtours server
- All rounds will be a best of three in this single elimination tournament, and you are free to switch teams during your series
- The tier is LOCKED as of this post. Any changes to any of the tiers will not affect this tournament
- All matches must have their replays recorded!!!
- Sleep Clause Mod: Limit one foe put to sleep
- Freeze Clause Mod: Limit one foe frozen
- Species Clause: Limit one of each Pokémon
- OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned
- Evasion Moves Clause: Evasion moves are banned
- HP Percentage Mod: HP is shown in percentages
- Sleep Clause Mod: Limit one foe put to sleep

- OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned
- Evasion Moves Clause: Evasion moves are banned
- Baton Pass Clause: You are limited to 3 of Baton Pass users.
- HP Percentage Mod: HP is shown in percentages
- Sleep Clause Mod: Limit one foe put to sleep
- Species Clause: Limit one of each Pokémon
- OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned
- Evasion Clause: Evasion moves are banned, as are Sand Veil and Snow Cloak for Pokémon with more than one ability.
- HP Percentage Mod: HP is shown in percentages
- Baton Pass Clause: Baton Pass cannot be used in conjunction with a boost in speed + another stat and no team can contain more than one Pokémon with Baton Pass.
- Sleep Clause Mod: Limit one foe put to sleep
- Species Clause: Limit one of each Pokémon
- Evasion Moves Clause: Evasion moves are banned
- OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned
- Endless Battle Clause: A player cannot use a combination of items / moves / abilities to force a game that will never end (example: Recycle / Leppa Berry / Heal Pulse, etc).
- Moody Clause: A player can not use the ability Moody.
- Swagger Clause: A player can not use the move Swagger.

- Profile posts are the main thing that matters for activity. Read this scheduling guide.
- tl;dr Use profile posts to schedule with your opponent to make it easier for me to track activity calls when needed. If you use other methods to contact your opponent outside of profile posts, then post in this thread confirming you're in contact with your opponent; otherwise, it's not necessary. Extensions for those with time conflicts will only be given when proof is provided of scheduling with their opponent in the beginning of the round (first 2-3 days). Do not schedule last minute expecting to be compensated in case of timezone conflicts or be given an activity win over your opponent. No excuses!
