- Toxic / Roar

[SET COMMENTS]
Piloswine is one of Ice teams' best specially defensive walls, capable of filling some of Ice teams' biggest roles of being an entry hazard setter and Electric immunity. Thick Fat coupled with Eviolite gives Piloswine tremendous bulk, with which it can check dangerous Fire-type threats to Ice such as Volcarona and Mega Charizard Y by disposing of them with Rock Slide. 12 EVs in Attack guarantees an OHKO on offensive Volcarona. Another one of Piloswine's amazing traits is its Ground typing, which makes it a great asset in the Electric matchup by preventing a Volt Switch onslaught while also letting it hit Electric-types super effectively with STAB Earthquake. Toxic is an option to put defensive switch-ins such as Skeledirge and Rotom-W on a timer, helping Piloswine's teammates overpower them, but Roar is an alternative choice to force out threats that may use it to set up, such as Mega Scizor, and to rack up hazard damage from its Stealth Rock and Cloyster's Spikes to wear down threats such as Urshifu-R and Mega Venusaur. Piloswine appreciates Alolan Ninetales's snow and Aurora Veil, which let it wall the opposition more easily. Piloswine is, however, extremely vulnerable to Water-types, so partnering it with Kyurem or Arctozolt is appreciated, as they can easily break Water teams. Substitute Baxcalibur also threatens Poison teams, which can cripple Piloswine with Toxic. Weavile with a Z-Crystal is also a good Knock Off absorber for Piloswine, as losing Eviolite ruins Piloswine; Weavile also forces immense progress by removing key items from Celesteela and Skeledirge, which become susceptible to Stealth Rock afterwards, or outright breaking through them with a Z-Move. Galarian Darmanitan and Shell Smash Cloyster can threaten Steel teams with Flare Blitz and Hydro Pump or Hidden Power Fire, respectively. The Stealth Rocks and Toxic spread by Piloswine also accentuates the breaking power of teammates such as Swords Dance or Dragon Dance Baxcalibur and Belly Drum Cetitan. IronPress Avalugg and defensive Cloyster with Hidden Power Fire are also good partners in being able to shut down Mega Scizor. Avalugg, Articuno, and Cloyster are also capable of removing entry hazards, with the latter two also being able to pivot in Piloswine with U-turn and Teleport, respectively.

Piloswine is one of Ice teams' best Special Defense walls capable of filling some of Ice's biggest holes (Which are? Merge sentences if needed since this was sort of answered somewhere(s)). Thick Fat coupled with Eviolite gives Piloswine tremendous bulk with which it can check dangerous Fire-type threats to Ice such as Volcarona and Mega Charizard-Y by disposing them with Rock Slide. 12 EVs in Attack guarantees an OHKO on offensive Volcarona. Another one of Piloswine's amazing traits is its Ground-type which makes it a great asset in the Electric matchup and prevents the Volt Switch onslaught. Earthquake is a STAB which helps makes progress versus Tapu Koko, Regieleki and Alolan Raichu which Ice generally struggles with (just elec matchup in general Ig rather than listing 3 electric mons on the same type?). Toxic is an option to cripple defensive switchins such as Zapdos (skeledirge? Slowbro? Tapu Bully?) or Rotom-W helping Piloswine's teammates overpower them. But Roar is an alternative choice to force out threats such as Volcarona, Iron Treads and Galarian Zapdos (shouldnt really be taking on this guy, perhaps a better target would be ID Hoodra(if no Avalugg present?). Just mentioning shuffling in general esp with cloy's spikes might be good enough tbh) and rack up hazard damage on walls such as Toxapex and Celesteela. Piloswine is also able to set up Stealth Rock for its teammates such as Baxcalibur, Arctozolt(Zolt isnt really that great now, just merge zolt-kun with titan?) and Galarian Darmanitan helping them break Piloswine's counters such as Mega Venusaur, Rillaboom (sort of not liking it too much that 2 grasses are here, can we use a [fighting or something other mon instead?])and Urshifu-R more easily. Piloswine appreciates Alolan Ninetales' snow and Aurora Veil which make its bulk reach even higher levels letting it cripple the opposition more easily (also deals with stinkers like shifu and m.sab and kommy). Piloswine is however, extremely vulnerable to Water-types so partnering up with Kyurem or Baxcalibur is appreciated as they can easily break Water teams. Substitute Baxcalibur also threatens Poison teams which can cripple Piloswine with Toxic. Galarian Darmanitan and Arctozolt (removed o, put g.darm along with shell smash cloy which deals with steel w/ Hydro HP Fiya , Zolt+Cetitan as the last mention) and are fantastic wallbreakers which make use of Piloswine's Stealth Rocks to break past Celesteela and Ferrothorn. Avalugg and defensive Cloyster are also good partners in being able to shut down Mega Scizor with Iron Defense coupled with Body Press and Hidden Power Fire respectively (they also remove hazards so that pilo wont get choked by those ). Weavile with a Z-Crystal is also a good Knock Off absorber for Piloswine as losing Eviolite ruins Piloswine; Weavile also forces immense progress by removing key items from Celesteela and Skeledirge which become susceptible to Stealth Rock afterwards.*scarf ville is also still relevant. Also, move it up to after Kyu/Bax. BD cetitan and zolt loves rocks as this lets it OHKO Corv, Pilo being able to land toxic on bro is neat too

Piloswine is one of Ice teams' best specially defensive walls capable of filling some of Ice's biggest holes of being a hazard setter and Electric immunity. (did you mean to say "roles" and not "holes"?) Thick Fat coupled with Eviolite gives Piloswine tremendous bulk with which it can check dangerous Fire-type threats to Ice such as Volcarona and Mega Charizard-Y by disposing them with Rock Slide. 12 EVs in Attack guarantees an OHKO on offensive Volcarona. But Roar is an alternative choice to force out threats and rack up hazard damage from its Stealth Rock and Cloyster's Spikes. (merge this with the previous sentence, also yes Roar forces out threats but it most notably prevents Piloswine from being used as setup fodder for mons such as Mega Scizor) Piloswine is also able to set up Stealth Rock for its teammates such as Baxcalibur, Arctozolt and Galarian Darmanitan helping them break Piloswine's counters such as Mega Venusaur, Kommo-o and Urshifu-R more easily. (I would remove this sentence and mention Stealth Rock in the first sentence) Piloswine appreciates Alolan Ninetales' snow and Aurora Veil which make its bulk reach even higher levels letting it cripple wall the opposition more easily. Piloswine is however, extremely vulnerable to Water-types so partnering up with Kyurem or Baxcalibur is appreciated as they can easily break Water teams. (Arctozolt > Baxcalibur in this sentence, much better Pokemon in that matchup) Substitute Baxcalibur also threatens Poison teams which can cripple Piloswine with Toxic. Weavile with a Z-Crystal is also a good Knock Off absorber for Piloswine as losing Eviolite ruins Piloswine; Weavile also forces immense progress by removing key items from Celesteela and Skeledirge which become susceptible to Stealth Rock afterwards. (Z Weavile also breaks through said walls with said Z-Move) Galarian Darmanitan and Shell Smash Cloyster can threaten Steel teams with Flare Blitz and Hydro Pump or Hidden Power Fire respectively. Arctozolt and Cetitan are fantastic wallbreakers which make use of Piloswine's Stealth Rocks to break past Celesteela and Ferrothorn and OHKO Corviknight. (So can Bax and Weavile? This sentence feels like it's just for the sake of mentioning more teammates) Avalugg and defensive Cloyster are also good partners in being able to shut down Mega Scizor with Iron Defense coupled with Body Press and Hidden Power Fire respectively whilst also removing hazards easing switch-in opportunities for Piloswine.
