What is the bug?
Pickpocket may or may not steal an item from a pokemon making contact if a red card is held up

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes the chances of it either stealing or not stealing is 50/50, with a few games both scenarios will happen

To my knowledge, the item should be stolen when Red Card is used.

Here's the order that should happen for that particular interaction: Red Card activates, attacker is forced out, new Pokemon is switched in, Pickpocket activates and steal's the item of the Pokemon forced out by Red Card.
