ORAS OU Rate my first OU team

Hi everyone, i'm trying to get into competitive battling so i created my first OU team that i already used in Pokemon Showdown a couple of times. The results are pretty good for my first attempt, for now my rating is:

OU: Elo: 1110 GXE: 43.9% Glicko-1: 1453 ± 47

I already noticed that my team isn't super-reliable because of the many set-up sweepers (or tanks) that i use. And i noticed very important weaknesses in Rock and Electric, also i don't have a great moves coverage.

Can you help me build my team? Thank in advice!
