You could use them as GTS fodder to get legends you don't have in your dex. That or releasing them is all you can do With them :]

Looking for a Shaymin (as a trophy piece, not for battling) and a Houndoom Mega Stone. I can offer a spare Manectric Mega Stone for the Houndoom one, and for the Shaymin I have the following:
Japanese Mild Giratina, Japanese Bashful Regigigas, Winter 2011 Gentle Celebi, Hasty Landorus, Lax Tornadus, Naive Thundurus, Bold Uxie, Rash Uxie, Modest Azelf, Hardy Azelf, Brave Mesprit, Jolly Mesprit, Quiet Heatran, Bold Regirock, Hasty Registeel, Impish Cobalion, Serious Terrakion, Docile Virizion, Bold Cresselia, Quirky Kyurem, and a Bold Zekrom. All but one set of Uxie/Mesprit/Azelf, Regigigas, and Giratina were caught or obtained by me.
I'd imagine they aren't exactly best for battling, so if anyone wants any of them solely as trophy pieces or something that might be best.

Question: Does Synchronize still work with finding wild Pokemon's with a specific nature? I think I tried like a month ago in Friend Safari and it didn't work, but maybe I just gave up too quickly.
