Looks like you found an error in Serebii's Pokédex, Spinda is not a FS Pokémon.

no, clones are okay to be trade as long as they are legal .
If you clone a hack rayquayza, a clone will also be hack. Get it?
Does anyone have a shiny slugma spitback I can have? Always wanted one. And what is a good move set for absol, I'm currently using me first, swords dance, night slash and sucked punch
