Hi guys, is there a way to get a female, HA Scyther in a ball other than dream ball or normal Poke ball? If not, does anyone has a spare one in a Dream ball? Thank you.

Yes. When catching Pokemon like Scyther from Dream World, you can choose to catch them in shopballs, like Dusk, Nest, Timer etc. If you didn't get it while Dream World was up, you can still get it in gen 6 games, though it's really rare. Scyther hordes has a 5% chance to appear on route 21 in X and Y, and Pokemon from horde battles has a small chance of having their Hidden Ability.

Thinking on the lines of this:

Quiet l Infiltrator
252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Pain Split / Memento / Foul Play
Hidden Power (Fighting)
Shadow Ball / Psychic
Dark Pulse

Not going for Nasty Plot because it cannot set up TR itself, which means limited oppurtunites to sweep. So he requires a Life Orb or Choice Specs. While Specs hits harder, I can see Life Orb possibly making Pain Split heal for more/deal more damage because of the lower HP from recoil. Memento could help cripple a Mon and help regain momentum one TR expires, and I feel Foul Play could help deal with a physical poke trying to boost.

Shadow Ball might seem redundant with Dark Pulse but it allows Spiritomb to deal damage against Faries minus Togetic and Audino. Psychic can hit all Fairies but is weaker because of no STAB (really wish it could learn Psyshock).

It isn't an optimal Mon for TR but I'm curious to try it out.

You could go for a more defensive approach and try AV on it it has a decent typing and quite a good bulk for RU if I am not mistaken. Altough the HP stat is a bit low. You could also try a mixed set, looking at his quite small special move pool and at his Att and SpA stats which are both the same base at 92,it seems like an upgrade to add sucker punch e.g. : I think it can work without a doubt in a TR team looking at his stats and typing. However, form my perspective it has a quite shallow move pool to work around.

From what I gather, Articuno needs a defensive nature. Definitely not a pro battler, so wait for more opinions, but my first thought is toss. If the nature is viable, I'd keep :)

That's a pretty solid toss. You can do way better than 19 Special Defense
