It makes a slight difference if you're going to invest in the stat, which you most certainly are with Totodile/Feraligatr. (though it can be "corrected" in gen 7 once transferred there)

Also anyone with Bluemew's Gastly? I missed it yesterday and I really want one.
I definitely have Rotoms, and I'm pretty sure I have some form of this Poliwag in Gen 6 since I caught it there. It may just be a HA with random nature and IVs though. Let me know if you want it.

I'm running an assault vest magnezone set. is it ok to have a "decent" IV in special defense? or should i breed and get it higher?
For AV Magnezone maybe you should aim for HP Fire and consider Hyper-Training.
