Hello all! I would like to giveaway this Latias

I rng'd this myself in my White 2. My username used to be eievuimonster so it's Ot is Eievui and Id is 48036.

Why so special you ask? This latias was only for my friends, but I accidently cloned too much of and this one was the only one left, so i decided to give it away to one lucky person. This latias is good for mega evolving because of its high special defense and defense. This is for battling purposes only and I do not wish for it to be traded, but it is only Semi redis for one lucky person with the exception of my friends on here who I mentioned earlier can trade as well.
