Hypno’s role here is to soak the hits up like a Plenty paper towel, Assist Spore things and set up Calm Mind. With these EVs, it is practically unbeatable.

Breloom is the other Spore user, equipped with Focus Punch and Mimic because.

Milotic is the Special Wall with Mirror Coat and Protect stall-y stuff.

Regirock is the Physical Wall. Yeah.

Swampert is Milotic and Regirock but worse off against most Gengar probably idk.

And lastly, my crown jewel. Metronome Dusclops because haha funny move go brrr.

Assist calls a random move that one of the user's teammates knows. However, there's a subset of moves it won't call, mostly moves that themselves call other moves or are reliant on their high (e.g. protect) or low (e.g. counter) priority to function. Basically, you would make all of the teammates have movesets that consist of entirely uncallable moves and the one you want to use Assist for.

best part about this strat is hypno is immune to other peoples spore hypno, it's truly unstoppable
