Terapagos-Terastal does not validate in teambuilder

What is the bug?
You can't use a Terapagos-Terastal with the Ability Tera-Shell in [Gen9] Ubers.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Create a Team in [Gen 9] Ubers. Add the Pokémon Terapagos-Terastal and make it valid by adding moves and Changing EVs. Then try to Validate.

You must use base form Terapagos. It automatically changes to Tera Shell Terastal forme on switchin.
