Trou Du Cul Quality Control

Doesn't have to be public or anything. A thread in inside scoop or something where people can ask for permission before moving a thread to Trou would probably be enough. It would serve to prevent threads that aren't funny or even bad from moving to Trou that only serve in making its poster feel attacked. Forgive me if there is already something like this - I did not notice if there was.
