New to competitive, have used this team for a while in simulators with reasonable success and thought I should refine it before making it in the actual games. Thanks in advance for any tips!

Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Poison Jab
- Protect

Garchomp's legal and a powerful mon I'm used to using.

Sylveon @ Life Orb
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 188 HP / 68 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Protect

Hyper Voice is so good, and it gives me Fairy coverage.

Kommo-o @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 244 HP / 252 SpA / 12 Spe
Modest Nature
- Focus Blast
- Clanging Scales
- Flamethrower
- Protect

Fighting coverage and a bit more of a tanky Dragon, this is the mon I'm most expecting to switch.

Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Flare Blitz
- Sleep Talk

Fast, flies above Earthquake, and has Fire coverage.

Scizor @ Lum Berry
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Protect

Fast and powerful, but types aren't particularly complimentary to the team, expecting to switch, but not sure what to.

Magnezone @ Focus Sash
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 128 HP / 252 SpA / 128 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 1 Atk
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Protect

Quite tanky, Electric attack, and the Focus Sash can throw some people off.
