Pick Rates
For those who don't want to go looking, here's some interesting tidbits.
Great Tusk and Iron Valiant are the only two Pokemon drafted in every pool, so congratulations to those who snagged one.
Meowscarada won the Starter war this time around drafted 44 times, with a sizable margin over 2nd place Greninja (33 respectively). Triple Axel appears to have been all the cat needed.
Of the new kids on the block the most popular choices appear to be Darkrai and Latias, followed by Raging Bolt and Gouging Fire. The hotly debated Darkrai seems to be appearing in all of our dreams these days... or are they nightmares?
Galar Weezing, Tinkaton and Brambleghast are our beloved low tiers of choice, with great type combos and fantastic utility to round out our drafts.
Among the not-so-beloved low tiers is... Ursaluna?? Competition for a spot on the team appears to be fierce leaving the Guts-boosted behemoth surrounded by other titans of the field; Kricketot, Gimmighoul and Wiglett, all unable to find a home on any draft.
Less popular than Arbok and Carbink, Landorus-Incarnate continues its downward slide, this time only making it onto 9 drafts.
Tera Captain Pickrates
And now time for some more (hopefully) fun facts!
- The three most popular Tera Captains are all new Pokemon to our draft boards! Latias, Raging Bolt and Serperior are the most popular by some distance. Are they underpriced? Or is new toy syndrome showing?
- Latias was made Tera Captain of 42/43 possible drafts, Raging Bolt 31/34, and every single one of the 27 people who drafted Serperior made them their Tera Captain too.
- Potentially propelled by the new 25 point limit on Tera Captains, 11 people made Comfey and Kilowattrel their Tera Captains of choice. This puts them above notorious Tera Captains Ceruledge, Quaquaval, Manaphy and Mew in terms of pickrate.
- There are only 4 Tera Captain Bellibolts. We can do better.
