Alright so you switch in on SR you take 3 damage and are down to 22 hp, I SD on the switch, then SD again as you wisp me (if you bullet seed BJ just lets me get up to +6 and OHKO after you after SR) and +6 burned (I'm assuming you get a two roll because counters can handle that happening to them) and heres the calc

0 Atk Pumpkaboo-Super Shadow Sneak vs. 0 HP / 76 Def Tentacool: 6-7 (30 - 35%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after burn damage and thats unlikely because I can take 1 hit from bullet seed before taking BJ damage after the initial burn damage, letting me get back to 20 HP, and once I poison you you are easily 2HKOed, you had 9 pp and cannot afford it. Another route could be poisoning you with poison jab with the +2 PJab
