Mega Dragons is fine, according to the Spreadsheet; The same goes for Favourites in Gen V.

A few ideas coming from me:

Mushroom Maniacs:

Amoonguss
Breloom
Shiinotic

Did you just assume my gender?!:

Machamp (really? 25% chance to be female)
Aromatise (50% chance to be male on a very femenine looking pokemon)
Gothitelle (Why can this thing be male, full stop?)
Sylveon (See Gothitelle)

Krookodile was already done in the Thief styled slate, sadly. Don't think the others have been done, but don't take my word on that one

Thank you Ludicrousity! Sorry for the inactivity T-T Love the ideas.

Mushroom Slate
Breloom will have an ability limitation of 3.5 whereas Shiinotic and Amoonguss will have limitations of 4. 2 new moves for all 3.

Mega Breloom

Ability -
Effect Spore; Poison Heal; Technician
Avenging Fists (All Fighting-type moves have their Speed Priority increased by 1 if the Pokémon's Hit Points are below 50%)(Gale Wings Variant)

HP - 60
60
Atk - 130
145 (+15)
Def - 80
120 (+40)
SpA - 60
60
SpD - 60
85 (+25)
Spe - 70
90 (+20)
BST - 460
560 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Close Combat, Poison Jab
Competitive Analysis - Why spam priority Mach Punches when you can spam priority Close Combats? Mega Breloom takes on a very interesting approach since it benefits from being weakened, and thanks to its unique defensive typing and better bulk upon mega evolving, it can switch on an Ash-Greninja Dark Pulse and OHKO it with Close Combat before Greninja can even attack. Scary right?

Mega Amoonguss

Ability -
Effect Spore; Regenerator
Meditation (Boosts the Special Defense stat when hit by an attack.)(Stamina Variant)

HP - 114
114
Atk - 85
85
Def - 70
94 (+24)
SpA - 85
104 (+19)
SpD - 80
114 (+24)
Spe - 30
63 (+33)
BST - 460
560 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Psychic, Psyshock
Competitive Analysis - Unlike its regular ability, Regenerator, Meditation gives Amoonguss a benefit from staying in on the field, rather than switching out? This eases out Synthesis stalling, and gives Amoonguss more room to invest into physical bulk as well

Mega Shiinotic

Ability -
Illuminate; Effect Spore; Rain Dish
Mental Streak (Boosts its Sp. Atk and Sp. Def stats every time a Pokémon faints.)(Soul-Heart Variant)

HP - 60
60
Atk - 45
15 (-30)
Def - 80
115 (+35)
SpA - 90
160 (+70)
SpD - 100
125 (+25)
Spe - 30
30
BST - 405
505 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Acid Spray, Nasty Plot
Competitive Analysis - It has great defensive typing, an extremely reliable recovery move, an immense Special Attack stat, and can wallbreak easily thanks to Nasty Plot, Mega Shiinotic is really hard to stop as well thanks to Mental Streak, which gives it a Calm Mind boost after every KO, it is still extremely slow, making its wallbreaking capabilities less consistent.

Breloom-Mega
Ability
: Dashing Punches (moves with 80 or less BP have +1 priority)
Typing:

Stats:
HP: 60
Attack: 130 ----> 165 (+35)
Defense: 80 ----> 97 (+17)
Special Attack: 60 ----> 70 (+10)
Special Defense: 60 ----> 77 (+17)
Speed: 70 ----> 91 (+21)
Base Stat Total: 460 ----> 560
Movepool Additions: Close Combat
Description: So, the way that this works, is you can use any move with below 80 BP to gain priority, and use other strong moves to deal a lot of damage. +1 priority Seed Bomb, Thunderpunch, Drain Punch and maybe even Wake-up-slap are good moves. PuP is like Mach Punch that raises attack, and Mach Punch now has +2 priority
Code:
"dashingpunches": {

        shortDesc: "Any attacks with 80 bp or less get a +1 to priority.",
        onModifyPriority: function(priority, pokemon, target, move, basePower) {

        id: "dashingpunches",
        name: "Dashing Punches",
        rating: 3.5,
    },

Amoonguss-Mega (Alpha)
Ability
: Pokeball Disguise (Flying Type moves cannot be used against this pokemon) (Based on the fact that it just looks like a pokeball from above)
Typing:

Stats:
HP: 114
Attack: 85 ----> 94 (+9)
Defense: 70 ----> 120 (+50)
Special Attack: 85 ----> 94 (+9)
Special Defense: 80 ----> 120 (+40)
Speed: 30 ----> 22 (-8)
Base Stat Total: 460 ----> 560
Movepool Additions: Leech Seed
Description: Bulk. Insane bulk. Then keep in mind that this thing also has Leech Seed, Toxic, Synthesis and an immunity to Toxic stalling. Good lord.

Code:
"pokeballdisguise": {
        desc: "This Pokemon disables Flying-type attacks from being used.",
        shortDesc: "This Pokemon disables Flying-type attacks from being used.",
        onTryMove: function (target, source, effect) {

Amoonguss-Mega (Beta)
Ability
: Mesmerize (Making contact applies Leech Seed)
Typing:

Stats:
HP: 114
Attack: 85 ----> 135 (+50)
Defense: 70 ----> 110 (+40)
Special Attack: 85
Special Defense: 80 ----> 110 (+30)
Speed: 30 ----> 10 (-20)
Base Stat Total: 460 ----> 560
Movepool Additions: Play Rough, Power Whip, Leaf Blade
Description: Basically an Amoonguss that can survive hits, and go on to apply an untauntable leech seed to opponents. It has amazing bulk, which complements Mesmerize a hell of a lot

Code:
"mesmerize": {
        desc: "Making contact has a 100% chance of adding Leech Seed.",
        shortDesc: "Making contact has a 100% chance of adding Leech Seed.",

        },
        id: "mesmerize",
        name: "Mesmerize",
        rating: 4,
    },

Shiinotic-Mega
Ability
: Defender (1.3x to Defence and Special Defence)
Typing:

Stats:
HP: 60
Attack: 45 ----> 25 (-20)
Defense: 80 ----> 130 (+50)
Special Attack: 90 ----> 120 (+30)
Special Defense: 100 ----> 130 (+30)
Speed: 30 ----> 40 (+10)
Base Stat Total: 405 ----> 505
Movepool Additions: Calm Mind
Description: Pretty amazing bulk along with 2 of the best status moves in the game. It can also setup and sweep. Only problem is it's slow speed. It can get 512 Defence / SpD with full investment and a beneficial nature, and 466 without a benefiting nature, but still max investment.

Code:
"defender": {
        shortDesc: "This pokemon's special defence and defence are boosted by 1.3x",
        onModifySpDPriority: 5,
        onModifySpD: function (spd) {
            return this.chainModify(1.3);
        },

        onModifyDef: function (def) {
            return this.chainModify(1.3);
        },
        id: "defender",
        name: "Defender",
        rating: 4,
    },
Coding on these may be a bit wonky, but should all be good :)

Mega Breloom
Ability:
Guts
Typing: Grass/Fighting
HP: 60
Attack: 150 (+20)
Defense: 100 (+20)
Special Attack: 70 (+10)
Special Defense: 70 (+10)
Speed: 110 (+40)
New Moves: Close Combat / Gunk Shot
Description: You gotta have Guts to make it in the big league!! Regular Breloom had the option of being a hard hitter or a status absorber, but now with Guts it does both! Breloom now hits a reasonable 110 Speed tier and a threatening 150 Atk. Close Combat is standard addition, while Gunk Shot fucks up Fairies.

Mega Amoonguss
Ability:
Regenerator
Typing: Grass/Steel
HP: 114
Attack: 85 (+0)
Defense: 105 (+35)
Special Attack: 110 (+25)
Special Defense: 130 (+50)
Speed: 20 (-10)
New Moves: Flash Cannon / U-Turn
Description: Amoonguss was tired of relying on Poison to ward of foes, so it became what Pokeballs where made out of - metal. MegaMooguss has an excellemt defensive typing and stats, and now get U-Turn to pivot. It can also cause mindgames with its typing - stay in base form on a predicted Close Combat, or mega when an Alakazam fires off a Psychic.

Mega Shiinotic
Ability:
Triage
Typing: Grass/Fairy
HP: 60
Attack: 55 (+10)
Defense: 95 (+15)
Special Attack: 120 (+30)
Special Defense: 130 (+30)
Speed: 45 (+15)
New Moves: Calm Mind / Draining Kiss
Description: Shiinotic is basically Stall's main wincon with an ok defensive typing, and ok bulk. But the real draw is its new ability Triage, its significantly harder to revengekill. +3 priority Strength Sap!!!!

Screw custom abilities. Did yall a favour and editted the title.
And as moderator of Pet Mods I shut this disgrace down for forgetting Parasect the first Mushshroom Pokemon.

Shouldn't voting have started by now, it's been 8 days since the submission slate opened.

also:

Technically Parasect isn't a mushroom, and rather a bug with mushrooms on it's back, so that's why I chose to exclude it :P

Yeah, I generally don't like these sudden type changes, but it happens on many Pokémon, and I feel like the type combos I used have so many potential and yet have never been used :P but its okay, I'd never be upset with anyone for not voting for me :)

Fabulous Slate
Similar to Ludicrousity's "did you asssume my gender?" idea, we have pokemon that are simply fabulous, according to this issue of the Smog. Sawsbuck, Mienshao, Ditto and Simisear were ignored because one deserves a slate with it's counterparts, another already had a slate, Ditto is just odd, and Sawsbuck deserves it's own slate imo. Clefable and Sudowoodo will have 4.5 ability rankings while Machamp will have the bar set at 3.5 (feel free to carry over No Guard).
I am not part of the slate as I am not a pokemon

Well, it's been awhile since I've done this, hasn't it?

Mega Clefable
Type
: Fairy
Stats-
HP: 95
Atk: 70
Def: 73 -> 103 (+30)
SpAtk: 95 -> 115 (+20)
SpDef: 90 -> 130 (+40)
Speed: 60 -> 70 (+10)
Ability: Prankster
Move Additions (idk how many we get now so I'll put 1 for Clef and Machamp and 2 for Sudowoodo): Air Slash
Description: Upon Mega Evolution, Clefable's back wings grow larger and it becomes a bit chubbier. While these new, bigger wings don't allow Clefable to become a Flying-type, they do allow it to fly for a short time. Probably partially thanks to the energy emitted from mega evolving, Clefable uses it's new found wings to play playful pranks on trainers, including it's own, earning the ability Prankster. Along with gaining a great new ability in Prankster, giving priority to Clefable's wide array of status moves, Clefable gains a huge boost to Special Defense and Defense (because that's exactly what we want from Clefable), with smaller boosts to Special Attack and Speed, possibly because of the new wings, which also allows Clefable to now learns Air Slash.

Mega S U D O W O O D O
Type: Rock/Grass
Stats-
HP: 70
Atk: 100 -> 130 (+30)
Def: 115 -> 125 (+10)
SpAtk: 30
SpDef: 65 -> 105 (+40)
Speed: 30 -> 50 (+20)
Ability: Contrary
Move Additions: Superpower, Cut
Description: I'M STILL IN THE CUT, S U D O W O O D O.... Anywho, Sudowoodo, upon Mega Evolving, now actually becomes a tree, to an extent. It's still rock-like, but it now gains more leaves and even gains the ability to make it's own food via photoSYNTHESIS. But, now that it's an actual tree, that fact contradicts it's name, which is literally pseudo-wood. Well, yes, it does contradict it's name, and Sudowoodo embraces that by gaining Contrary. To take advantage of Contrary, Sudowoodo can now learn Superpower. As for Cut... have you been paying ANY attention since Pokemon Cypher 2016? Upon Mega Evolving, Sudowoodo gains a nice boost to Attack and Special Defense, patching that up real quick, as well as smaller boosts to Defense and Speed. I totally didn't give it a boost to speed to take advantage of Contrary Hammer Arm or anything...

Mega Machamp
Type: Fighting
Stats-
HP: 90
Atk: 130 -> 150 (+20)
Def: 80 -> 110 (+30)
SpAtk: 65
SpDef: 85 -> 115 (+30)
Speed: 55 -> 75 (+20)
Ability: No Guard
Move Additions: Mach Punch
Description: Machamp now goes from a supreme punching machine to a supreme punching machine that can actually outspeed some stuff! Upon Mega Evolving, the energy not only beefs up Machamp, of course raising it's Attack, Defense, and Special Defense a good amount, but Machamp is now a little lighter on it's feet, boosting it to decent levels, where if you have max speed, you might be able to confuse a Pokemon with the still-ever-present No Guard Dynamic Punch! Machamp can also now use Mach Punch (the thing can throw like 100 punches a second, how does it not learn Mach Punch?), surprising even more Pokemon with blazing fast punches!

Sudowoodo

RockRock/Grass

HP: 70 → 70 (0)

Atk: 100 → 140 (+40)

Def: 115 → 155 (+40)

SpA: 30 → 30 (0)

SpD: 65 → 85 (+20)

Spe
: 30 → 30 (0)

Rock Head/Sturdy/RattledAquaphobia (Reverse Dry Skin, fire type attacks restore 25% HP, restores 1/8th HP in sun, water type attacks do 25% more damage and Sudowoodo takes 1/8th HP damage in rain)

New Moves: Seed Bomb, Leech Seed

  • Good attack and physical bulk. Decent special bulk as well

  • Aquaphobia makes Sudowoodo a decent counter to fire types.

  • Typing is not very great defensively, giving it only two resistances (plus the immunity to fire granted by its ability), to four weaknesses. Weaknesses include common attacking types fighting, ice.

  • Seed Bomb is less powerful alternative to Wood Hammer, but doesn't have recoil. Leech Seed allows Sudowoodo to restore its and its teammates' health.

Mega Machamp

Ability -
Guts; No Guard; Steadfast
Rage Mode (When HP is below 1/3rd of its maximum, the user gets a 50% boost to any attack)(Swarm Variant)

HP - 90
90
Atk - 130
166 (+36)
Def - 80

SpA - 65
61 (-4)
SpD - 85
96 (+11)
Spe - 55
96 (+41)
BST - 505
605 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Mach Punch, Drain Punch
Competitive Analysis - Mega Machamp is a fearsome Wallbreaker: it has a massive Attack stat; a great Speed stat, which allows it to outspeed Kyurem-B, Excadrill and Heatran; slightly improved Defenses; and a brand new ability: Rage Mode, which gives Megachamp the ability to punch even more holes on its opponents teams if its HP drops below 33%, this ability may feel gimicky, but it gives Mega Machamp even more power and fits really well flavor-wise.

Mega Clefable

Ability -
Cute Charm; Magic Guard; Unaware
Unaware

HP - 95
95
Atk - 70
70
Def - 73
97 (+24)

SpD - 90
107 (+17)
Spe - 60
79 (+19)
BST - 460
560 (+100)

Movepool Additions - idk.. :P
Competitive Analysis - If it ain't broke don't fix it; am I Right? Mega Clefable is here to give some diversity to stall teams (I hate them too but I didn't feel like turning Clef into a Wallbreaker or smth), tell me when was the last time you've faced a serious stall team without Mega Sableye? Mega Clefable can add some diversity to the mix, since the stall archetype would have to wisely choose which Mega to use. Stall aside, Mega Clefable is really bulky and could even fit in onther playstyles. Its newfound 95/97/107 bulk allows it to last longer on the battle and 1v1 some Wallbreakers it previously couldn't. Base 135 SpA gives it some more offensive presence, and keeping Unaware means that Swords Dance and Nasty Plot aren't too big of a problem.

I have zero ideas for Sudo btw...

Description: Machamp removes its belt, causing its muscles to swell to extreme proportions resulting in a sharp decrease in mobility, but also rock solid defenses. Its absurd bulk allows it to check most physical attackers, and it has unreliable sustain in Drain Punch and Rest (Rest+Guts anyone?) to back it up.

Description: Clefable's dex entries talk about how it prefers quiet places, meaning that it rarely uses its ears, and if you don't use it, you lose it. Clefable would be capable of not only Perish Trapping, but doesn't even have to switch out afterwards thanks to Soundproof.

Mega Sudowoodo
Rock Dark
Ability: Sturdy/Rock Head/Rattled -- Stakeout
HP: 70 -> 70
Atk: 100 -> 115
Def: 115 -> 130
SpA: 30 -> 60
SpD: 65 -> 75
Spe: 30 -> 60
BST: 410 -> 510
Movepool Additions: Knock Off, Swords Dance
Description: I felt dark type made more sense than grass type, as its name is fake wood. It gives a trickster kind of feel to it, pretending to be a tree and striking with a sucker punch. Stakeout is due to it "biding its time for the right pokemon to reveal itself to.
Can be played as a wall or sucker-punch sweeper.

Mega Machamp
Fighting
Ability: Guts/No Guard/Steadfast -> Hustle
HP: 90 -> 90
Atk: 130 -> 130
Def: 80-> 130
SpA: 65 -> 95
SpD: 85 -> 75
Spe: 55 -> 85
BST: 505-> 605
Movepool: Mach Punch
Description: It gains a lot of speed, starts hustling.. Now is a more effective sweeper and defensive tank at the cost of special defense.
