RU C&C Index: look here if you need to reserve an analysis

May I take on Vileplume? Vileplume may not appear as much at first glance, but it is certainly viable in RU. Vileplume has a very good typing and also has a very solid stat spread, with great overall bulk and a high 110 SpA. It also has reliable recovery in Synthesis and can utilize Sleep Powder better than a lot of Pokemon. Here's a calc that might help prove it as viable:
  • 252+ Atk Life Orb Reckless Hitmonlee High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Vileplume: 136-162 (38.4 - 45.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery
It performs extremely well against non-Blaze Kick Hitmonlee, and it is just a good Pokemon all around. Overall, I believe it deserves an RU analysis.

252+ Atk Life Orb Reckless Hitmonlee High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Amoonguss: 155-183 (35.8 - 42.3%) -- 91.1% chance to 3HKO after Black Sludge recovery

I think it's completely outclassed :P

Did I really just write NU ?___? Sorry lol, but anyways, I meant RU. And the difference is that Vileplume has an actual offensive presence, whereas Amoonguss does not. Vileplume also has a wider movepool, although it does struggle against Amoonguss. Obviously it has uses, but I do agree Amoonguss is generally better, but not completely outclassed.

May I try my hand at Usaring? It's pretty bad, but it does have a niche in powerful Guts Facade. I've been playing around with it and it's not //shit// but it's not great.

Can you explain why anyone should use over Zangoose or Swellow? They both have scary Facades, with the former having access to Knock Off and priority, and the latter being a bird and hella fast.

Ursaring has not shit bulk, unlike the former, here's a comparison:

Ursaring has an actual typing, and is not weak to Stealth Rock, unlike Swellow. And its 130 Attack is unmatched by the former. Quick Feet has a use, outspeeding base 105s, but Guts is still better. But, yeah, it's not 100% outclassed, it can break down Steel-types w/ Earthquake. It does have shit Speed, though, and the former are usually better options, but Ursaring has its niches and uses.

Is that little bit of extra bulk and Attack really analysis-worthy though, especially when you compromise so much Speed? It doesn't seem that way at first glance.
As HypnoEmpire kindly pointed out, Quick Feet is also viable because it can outspeed Delphox, which Zangoose cannot do.
And it isn't even a 'tiny amount of bulk:
  • 252+ Atk Life Orb Hitmonlee Mach Punch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Ursaring: 226-268 (70.1 - 83.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after toxic damage
  • 252+ Atk Life Orb Hitmonlee Mach Punch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Zangoose: 268-320 (93 - 111.1%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO
  • 252 SpA Life Orb Delphox Fire Blast vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Ursaring: 270-320 (83.8 - 99.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after toxic damage
  • 252 SpA Life Orb Delphox Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Zangoose: 320-378 (111.4 - 131.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
  • 252 SpA Life Orb Delphox Fire Blast vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Swellow: 370-437 (141.2 - 166.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Those are some large differences in bulk, if you ask me. Now, these are not to say Ursaring can live these hits, as it shouldn't stay in on them, but 'little bit of bulk' is an understatement.

Bulk honestly hardly matters when both of them will be taking poison/toxic damage each turn, so that's kinda irrelevant. The way I see it right now, Ursaring has a bit more power than Zangoose and Earthquake, while Zangoose has priority, knock off, and has CC to nail steels, and most importantly high speed.
