or if you can offer more than just the duskull like maybe and extra 5iv poke I can give you 31/xx/31/31/31/31 modest jirachi.
i personally think rotom wash works best against both. since either one of them are weak to at least one of his stabs.

according to smogon: Landorus is countered by skarmory and bronzong. And Tornadus is counters by many electric types
