I have perfect five IV feebas and vulpix, if that is of interest. The feebas can have either normal ability, and the vulpix has either Flash Fire or Drought, on preference. I bred both of these, so I can testify to their legitimacy. Also of potential interest for cloning is a shiny Milotic (4 IV) and a Magmar (6 IV), but I can't verify the Magmar.
